The required materials are as follows:

1 original passport

Personal passports valid for more than 6 months, if any, should be provided together with new passports.

2 original photos

Within half a year, 5 1mm*5 1mm color photos and 0/electronic photos on white background.

3. Household registration

A copy of the whole household registration book, with the original scale (including moving out and cancellation pages). If the spouse and children are not in the same household registration book, please provide a copy of the whole household registration book of the spouse and children together.

4 ID card reply

Provide a copy of the applicant's ID card.

5 marriage certificate reply

If married, provide a copy of the applicant's marriage certificate; If divorced, provide a copy of the applicant's divorce certificate.

7. Original assets certificate

Bank savings card/payroll card statement for the last six months, and sealed by the bank;

Provide personal deposit certificate issued by the bank in my name.

8. Property ownership certificate reply

A copy of the real estate license under the applicant's personal name, and a copy of the marriage certificate jointly provided by the husband and wife.

9. Automobile production certificate

Copy of motor vehicle registration certificate or driver's license in the name of the applicant.

10 original employment certificate (I can provide the template)

On-the-job certificate is printed on company stationery, stamped with official seal and signed by the person in charge. The employment certificate must have the address, telephone number and fax number of the company at the same time.

1 1 original business license

If the applicant is an enterprise, please provide a clear copy of the business license (stamped with the company's red seal)

12 original school certificate (I can provide the template)

If the applicant is a student in school, he should provide the original proof of attending school, which should include the name, address and telephone number of the school, the major or class of the student, and the school holiday time, and be signed and sealed by the person in charge of the school.
