What are the attractions in Wugong Mountain? Wugong Mountain Travel Guide
The name Wugong Mountain actually sounds more interesting. This time the editor will tell you some travel notes about Wugong Mountain. This is a self-driving tour. You can also choose to go on a self-driving tour. See if this guide helps you.
Every year when my birthday is approaching, I think about how wonderful it would be to spend it in the mountains! The mountains I refer to are certainly not the small hills in my hometown, nor are they the altitude. Hundreds of meters of Baiyun Mountain. Rather, they are high mountains like the towering Mount Tai and the stretching Mount Hengshan. It allows me to see the spectacular sunrise, the sea of ??moving clouds, and the cold and beautiful rime. Unfortunately, my birthday is approaching the Chinese New Year, and I have to go home to spend the Chinese New Year with my family. It is unlikely that this will happen. In order to make up for this shortcoming, I chose to spend the last two days of 2017 in Wugong Mountain. Since you can’t celebrate your birthday on the mountain, let’s celebrate the New Year on the mountain. Wugong Mountain, alpine meadows and outdoor paradise are deeply loved by travelers. Since the legend is so beautiful, I’ll go take a trip!
I made this decision half a month in advance. Of course, friends will also ask each other how to spend New Year’s Day. I told a few friends that I wanted to climb Wugong Mountain on New Year’s Day. Of course, it has inspired some friends to want to climb mountains, but it needs some consideration. My unanimous statement to them is: I will go myself. In fact, when no one said that I wanted to go together, I really made up my mind to go alone. One week before departure, three friends have already decided to go together, which will of course add a lot of fun to the trip.
This week, the four of us began to buy various outdoor equipment and dry food for the road. Carefully check what's missing from everyone's equipment, and discuss and distribute what everyone has to carry. Before mountain climbing, the preparation of equipment is also a knowledge. Being prepared can reduce the burden of mountain climbing.
After preparing necessary equipment such as hiking poles, hiking bags, and hiking shoes (because our mountaineering experience is not very mature yet, our mountaineering equipment is average. We only prepared the necessary ones, and others will be supplemented later. Considering long-term mountain climbing in the future) On Chong'er's suggestion, we bought self-heating rice as two lunches on the road. Other meals can be taken care of at the mountain or downhill restaurants. (My personal feeling is: self-heating rice is not only heavy to carry, but also tastes bad. Next time, it is better to bring some light chocolate and the like to replenish energy on the way.)
The mountaineering group will be at 8pm on the 29th We set off from the subway entrance of the Sports Center and rushed there from Dashi after get off work at 6 o'clock. It usually takes more than half an hour. This time, including the traffic jam during holidays, it is said to be enough time. The plan couldn't keep up with the change, so Chun left his belt at home, which meant he had to go home to pick up his belt before rushing to the meeting point. Coupled with the delay in waiting for the bus, all the free bicycles that could be found were damaged, and time became tight. We were no longer calm and became quite embarrassed in order not to be late for the meeting. Each person carried two or three bags on his back, because in addition to carrying his own things, he also had to carry them for Shan. She came from Shenzhen, and we helped her buy many things. It was a good risk, but in the end we were not late and successfully embarked on the journey.
On the way from Guangzhou to Jiangxi, we stopped at the service area twice. The second time was due to traffic regulations. Buses were not allowed to go on the expressway between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m., so we stopped for three hours at the gate of a certain management brigade, which was not actually a service area. The further we headed toward Jiangxi, the colder the weather became. During the three hours we parked, we went to buy chicken feet with pickled peppers. Three girls were squatting at the door of a certain management brigade, eating chicken feet and keeping warm. At that time, it was raining a little heavier than a light rain. A little rain. When people are young, they always like to do silly things.
At 11 o'clock in the morning on the 30th, I arrived at the foot of Wugong Mountain in my dream, it was misty and rainy. A group of 53 of us were traveling through the fog, and everything was completely white. It was difficult to take beautiful photos. So, simply, we all put away our cameras and mobile phones, on the one hand, to prevent the mobile phones from getting wet in the rain, on the other hand, we can concentrate on walking through the jungle and better protect ourselves. To avoid unnecessary scratches when walking through the jungle.
The first day's itinerary mainly consisted of walking through the jungle, walking on wild roads, in the rain and fog. There is no sea of ??clouds, no dreamlike fairyland. Climb one thousand meters on the first day and cover at least 8 kilometers. The requirements for lung capacity are not small, and the requirements for muscle strength cannot be underestimated. Even though I am a marathon runner, the climb is quite strenuous. For Shan, who has not exercised for a long time, the challenge is even greater. Adhering to the principle of "when we go out to play together, we must go back together safely"
Every time we walk a short distance, we have to stop and wait for our companions who are walking slowly (the companions referred to here naturally refer to us) Four people who know each other). Make sure everyone is within sight of you at all times. The first time I went to Zhaoqing to climb the top of the chicken coop, I encountered a situation where I was walking through the jungle alone, with no one in front of me and no one behind me, and I felt very flustered. Climbing a mountain is not like walking on flat ground. There are more uncontrollable factors and dangerous factors encountered, so you need to be more careful. During the climb, no matter how slowly the teammates walk, they must not be separated. Due to physical factors, slow people cannot go faster, and slow people have to stop and wait for fast people. In the process of climbing mountains, you can temporarily forget all the fast pace. Slow down, no burden! Be your dirty but comfortable self.
After passing through the jungle, through the fog, we came to Fayun Realm with an altitude of 1,60 meters.
Fayunjie is named because the clouds and mist rise into the sky when it is about to rain. It is the best place to watch the sea of ??clouds in Wugong Mountain. However, it was very foggy when we arrived, and there was no one around two meters away, so naturally we couldn’t see the legendary sea of ??clouds. Walking on the big meadow, the strong wind blew, and I really felt that I was "weak and weak", swaying like a roly-poly, and it took a lot of effort to right myself and move forward.
Stayed at the Travel Inn that night to experience the nightlife in the mountains, which was novel and beautiful! There are few people in the mountains. Arriving at an altitude of about 1,680 meters, you almost have to climb several hills before you can see a family, which means you have to climb several hills before you can see an inn. The travel station is also booked by the Outdoor Alliance at least half a month in advance. Otherwise, there are few houses on the mountain, and there are so many travel travelers going up the mountain on New Year's Day, it will be difficult to find a house temporarily. Of course, there are many great traveling groups who go camping in the mountains carrying tents and hot pots on their backs. We stayed in a quadruple room. The room was very simple, with two bunk beds and four quilts. The quilts were camouflage color. As soon as I stepped into the room, I thought I was here for military training, but this day's long journey through mountains and forests was no less intense than military training. In order to resist the biting cold, the four of us girls no longer have one bed per person, but two people in one bed and two quilts. Each person has four or five warm pieces on his chest, back, and soles of his feet. When the weather is cold, two people sleeping on a 1.2-meter bed will look spacious.
I don’t know whether it was a day of rain or a day of sweating, but everyone’s clothes were wet. Based on my past experience of staying in hotels, I guess there is no place to dry clothes in the hotel, let alone in this wilderness. After we changed out of the wet clothes, we spread them directly on the bed, hoping that the cold wind would dry them. But extravagant hopes are ultimately extravagant hopes. The biting cold wind is not only biting but also moist. Back on the first floor, we went to find a place to wash up. But I found that everyone had dried their wet clothes next to a heater. The heater was about one meter in diameter and reached the roof. I didn't notice how high it was. When I saw the heater, my clothes were soaked, it was like seeing a lover, and I couldn't contain my excitement. Pushing aside the layers of wet clothes surrounding the stove, he opened his arms to embrace the stove. He just pressed his body against the stove to keep warm while drying the wet down jacket he was still wearing. Every three seconds, you have to leave the heater for a while. This makes you feel like you are flying in the clouds, and you can see the mist coming out of your body. In fact, the wet and cold water vapor inside the down jacket atomized when heated. After catching up with the owner of the inn to boil water for cooking, we had hot water for bathing and heating, and only an hour or two to dry our clothes. In fact, drying is a luxury, it is all psychological effect. The only thing that can really dry clothes is the stove. There were a dozen or so people who didn't know each other, some from Guangzhou, Shanghai and other places. We gathered around the stove, baked clothes, drank and talked. Some people persuaded people to drink, and some people joked, but it was not like the usual mundane things on the wine table. It seems like we've known each other for years. We meet each other in the rivers and lakes, and everyone forgets each other in the rivers and lakes. What we remember is only the laughter at that time and everyone's tipsy look.
While drinking that night, I ran outside every half hour in the biting cold to see the stars in the sky. Unfortunately, what I saw for the first time was only a big moon, which was round and round. Later, I saw scattered stars later and later, and I couldn't appreciate the stars in the sky until I went to bed. The only two photos of the stars were taken by my teammates who got up at around 5am.
What I didn’t expect was that it was a teammate’s birthday that night. We cut the cake and opened the champagne. They even brought a small gas tank and tea leaves to taste tea at the inn. Hehe! Did I think that life in the mountains was too difficult? Later, on the way back, I found that they were still carrying red wine. So everything we enjoyed that night was because someone was suffering accordingly. The training is hard, the climb is hard, and the weight is hard, but the experienced driver carries more weight. In the process of everyone's suffering, some were cared for, some dared to give; some knew how to be grateful, and some knew how to sacrifice!
During New Year's Day, in order to avoid crashing with other travel groups, we set off at 6:30 to enjoy it in the dark The next day's journey. At 7:30, it was daylight but we didn’t see the magnificent sunrise. The wind was still very strong. Everyone was messy in the wind. In addition to climbing hard, we also had to fight against the evil wind. Although today’s climb is only more than 400 meters, which seems much easier than yesterday’s climb of more than 1,000 meters, we have to fight against the gusts of evil wind, the cold evil wind, which should not be underestimated! Well, we are secretly feeling sad at this time. They were separated, some walking fast and some walking slowly. I was a bit embarrassed to be stuck in the middle, but I still insisted on waiting for the people behind me. After all, I have always been wishful thinking that people walking in front must follow the leader and will not be afraid, while people walking behind will get flustered if they never see familiar faces, so every time I go to a corner, I walk My friends behind me could no longer see me, so I stopped and waited. After climbing many mountains, I don’t know how many, I didn’t count them. At around 12 o’clock in the afternoon, I caught up with a friend who was walking fast. She told me that she met someone who could not see anyone she knew before and after. Terrified, very flustered. Hahahahaha, so even if you walk fast, you may not be able to catch up with the leader! We originally set out with the leader, but after climbing two mountains, not only did we not see the leader, we also didn’t see other people from the alliance. Looking at it this time, my eyes were blank. There are rolling hills everywhere on the big meadow. There are roads everywhere you go, but you don’t know which road can lead to your destination.
Later, after searching with my eyes, I saw a house with many people outside. Okay, let's go to a crowded place. I climbed up the mountain and saw the sunrise in my dream! At this moment, I felt that the rain yesterday and the hardships ahead were all worth it. The feeling of having the joy of suffering is so sweet!
The next thing we do is Climb the Han Slope and challenge the Despair Slope. The Despair Slope is not only steep and long, but also icy in the morning and began to melt under the sunshine, so it added a lot of difficulty to us. Here, I could only put away my hiking poles, use my hands and feet together, find a strong point, and climb up carefully like a reptile. This slope is really a challenge to your lung capacity.
On the way to the hanging horse pile, I met many children, ranging from three to ten years old. Seeing them climbing the mountain without complaining about pain or tiredness, I always felt that these children were awesome. Admirable. We found that Chonger is particularly good at dealing with children. Whenever I meet a child, I happily cheer him up and give him praise. Chong'er came back from the Shanghai Marathon with knee injuries and was not able to run smoothly. This time, it’s not as painful to climb uphill as it is to go downhill. This undoubtedly adds a lot of difficulty to the climb, but every time she greets the children, she is filled with happiness. This happiness flows like air and keeps spreading. We also Can feel and be happy.
