Longling county tourist attractions

1. Eggplant Mountain Reservoir At the end of last century, after the completion of Eggplant Mountain Reservoir, a spacious natural lake was formed in Bangmiao Dam, hence the name Bangmiao Lake. The water area of Bangmiao Lake is 4.74 square kilometers, and the storage capacity10.25 billion cubic meters. The lake is wide, surrounded by green hills and connected by mountains and rivers. More than a dozen hills in the lake are separated by the lake water, forming a winding and deep natural Yaochi, which constitutes a beautiful picture of lakes and mountains. It was called the second "pastoral scenery of Nepal" by Australian ecotourism expert Dr. Sofield. 2. The hairy community in Longxiang is a rare black loam with high altitude cold climate, heavy rain and fog, low temperature, loose soil and abundant sunshine, which is very suitable for potato growth. Local farmers mainly use farmyard manure and plant ash for planting. The potatoes produced here are big, smooth-skinned, high in starch content and crisp and waxy in taste. 3. Ancient Southwest Silk Road There are three silk roads in China-the land silk road in the northwest, the maritime silk road in the south and the land silk road in the southwest. The Southwest Silk Road developed the earliest and was opened in the 4th century BC. In the Han Dynasty, this Silk Road was called Shudao South, and the water was Sichuan. Shen Du is the ancient name of India, which refers to the trade route from Sichuan to India via Yunnan and Myanmar. The remains of the ancient Southwest Silk Road in western Yunnan are mainly distributed in Shuizhai, Guanpo in Baoshan City and Bonan Mountain in Dali Prefecture. 4. Balazhang Hot Spring Balazhang Hot Spring is located on both sides of the Xiangbai River 10 km north of Longling County. There are many hot spring eyes in this area, at least hundreds of holes. If the word "magic" is used, the Longling Balazhang Hot Spring, which is known as "strange soup and magic water", should be the first one. Here the mountains are high and the valleys are deep, and thousands of trees are green cages. More than 60 hot springs fell to the ground like stars, embedded between the peaks and rocks on both sides of the jubilant Xiangbai River, pouring out the warmth of the earth and showing the colorful nature.
