How to contribute to Xinhua News Agency? Spend money?

Contributing authors need to send the electronic version of their works to the organizer, or send the works in writing (all written works are composed in A4 paper) to the organizer. Please be sure to indicate the author's name, work unit, mailing address and contact telephone number. It costs nothing to contribute to Xinhua News Agency. Take tourism submission as an example:

Instructions for submission:

1. The applicant must ensure that the submitted works are original by himself and do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. All legal issues such as design copyright are solved by the author himself, and the organizer does not bear legal responsibility;

2. If the submitted works are the same or similar, the first one (based on the uploading time or mail postmark) will be determined as the first author. All entries are non-refundable and kept by the organizer.

3. Once the submitted works are submitted, they shall be deemed as agreeing and accepting all the agreements of the organizer. If the work is lost or damaged due to mailing, force majeure or other reasons other than the organizer, the organizer will not bear any responsibility.

4. The organizer has the right to make appropriate amendments, additions or deletions during the use of the winning works.
