If the applicant really has an urgent need, it can be handled through an expedited procedure.

3. Resume the issuance of port visas, resume the implementation of the 24/72/ 144-hour transit visa-free policy, and issue temporary entry permits according to law.

4. Resume the issuance of entry and exit permits for People's Republic of China (PRC) and border areas.
