(1) Shiwan Han Cui

Shiwan Hancui is one of the 20 scenic spots in Xiamen. "Shiwan" refers to Wanshiyan, and "Cui" refers to green tropical and subtropical plants, namely Shiwan Scenic Area. There are gardens and botanical gardens in the area, with numerous ancient scenes and eleven temples of different sizes, which have strong cultural connotations and are the most concentrated tourist attractions in Xiamen. There are many strange peaks and rocks on the mountain, lush trees and many historical sites. Among the mangoku, there is an exquisite temple called Mangoku Lotus Temple. Climb mangoku rock and look around. There are stones everywhere, overlapping in size and vertical in root. There is an ancient inscription on the stone "one in a million". There is a deep stream spring under the rock, named "Xiaotaoyuan", and the peak on the right side looks like a trunk, called "Elephant Trunk Peak". There is also Bailu Cave nearby to visit.

Transportation: 17 is accessible.

2) Spring Festival in the Olympic Garden

The Spring Festival in Aoyuan is also one of the 20 scenic spots in Xiamen. "Olympic Garden" is the essence of Jimei Jiageng Garden, and "Chunhui" generally refers to the patriotic spirit of Jiageng's investment in running a school. Originally an island off the southeast coast of Jimei, there was a small temple called Aotou Palace, also known as Li Qian Palace, which was destroyed by the Japanese in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression. 1950, Mr Chen Jiageng built the Olympic Garden on the site.

Transportation: Walk past Jimei School Village, and Aoyuan is next to Jimei Middle School.

3) Gulangyu Island

Gulangyu Island was originally called "Round Shazhou", also called "Yuanzhouzai". It was renamed "Gulangyu" in Ming Dynasty. Because there is a reef in the southwest of the island, whenever the tide rises, the waves hit the reef and sound like drums. People call it "Gulangyu Stone", hence the name Gulangyu. Zheng Chenggong, a national hero in the late Ming Dynasty, was stationed here, and there are still former sites such as Shuicaotai and Shizhaimen on Sunguang Rock. 1842 After the Opium War, Britain, the United States, France, Japan, Germany, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands and other countries 13 set up consulates on the island. At the same time, businessmen, missionaries and traffickers set foot on Gulangyu Island, building luxury houses, churches, foreign firms, hospitals and schools, and speculating on land. Some overseas China businessmen have also come to build houses and villas and run telephone and running water services. 194265438+February, Japan monopolized Gulangyu; After the victory of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, Gulangyu ended the colonial rule of 100 years. Gulangyu Island, with an area of only 1.9 1 km2, is the largest satellite island in Xiamen with a permanent population of 20,000. The rocks on the island are majestic and tall, and many valleys and steep cliffs have been formed because of being beaten by waves for many years. Beaches, reefs, cliffs and rocky peaks set each other off. Gulangyu street is short, criss-crossing, clean and quiet, and the air is fresh. The trees on the island are green as flowers, especially the red tiles in the small building are particularly beautiful against the green trees. Gulangyu Island is lined with trees, hidden in tropical and subtropical forests. Sunlight rock peaks rise and gulls soar ... forming a beautiful picture.

The night in Gulangyu looks quiet and elegant. Especially after the completion of the night scene project, Sun Guangyan, which represents the natural scenery, the Bagua Building, which represents the exotic architectural style, the piano-shaped waiting hall of Music Island, and the statue of Zheng Chenggong standing on Fuding Rock are all transparent and bright under various lights. In particular, several laser rays crossed the sea of herons, changing and swaying, dazzling.

Looking across the river at the night view of Gulangyu Island, it looks like a big flowerpot with dazzling flowers, which complements the neon lights of Zhongshan Road in Xiamen, the spotlights of high-rise buildings and many colorful spotlights, making the three-dimensional space of the island colorful and charming.

Transportation: Gulangyu Island is located in the southwest of Xiamen Island, 600 meters away from Lujiang River, which can be reached by ferry in 5 minutes.

1) Xinzhuang Garden

Built in 19 13, it is located in the south of Gulangyu Island, facing the sea and backed by Sun Guangyan. It was originally the private villa of the famous local gentleman Lin Erjia. The owner named the park after the homonym of the word "Uncle Zang", and dedicated it as a park on 1955. Longzhuang Garden is cleverly laid out by using natural terrain. The whole park is divided into two parts: Tibetan Sea Garden and Bushan Garden. The scenery is scattered and orderly. The garden is on the sea, and the sea is in the garden, which not only has the exquisite elegance of Jiangnan courtyard, but also has the grandeur of seagulls flying. Dynamic and static contrast complement each other. There are forty-four bridges and twelve caves in the park.

When you come to Longzhuang Garden, you must go to Gulangyu Piano Museum, which is known as the only one in China and first-class in the world. Our library has set up 30 ancient pianos of Mr. Hu Youyi, a piano collector who originally lived in Australia, in Gulangyu to show the history of world piano development, spread the knowledge of piano music, promote cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries, and highlight the image of Gulangyu as an island of music and a hometown of pianos. There are ancient pianos produced in Germany and Austria in the19th century, all of which are private collections of Mr. Hu and are free for visitors to visit.

Transportation: Take the ferry to Gulangyu Guanhaiyuan Pier and walk for a few minutes.

Admission: 20 yuan.

Evaluation: the scenery is very good, and 20 papers are barely qualified ~ the piano museum has automatic piano performance, so pay attention to the time.

2) Next to Xinzhuang Garden is the beach, where you can watch the sunset.

3) Xiamen Museum: 10

If you stand at any height in Xiamen. At first glance, we can see that Gulangyu Island has two prominent signs: Sun Guangyan, who stands on the first peak of Lujiang River, and the Bagua Building in the Xia Strait of Xiongshi Valley. Lin Heshou, the original owner of Bagua Building, is the cousin of Lin Er's family, the original owner of Xinzhuang Garden. It was built in 1907 and is now the Xiamen Museum. Because the round red top floor of the building is unique in shape and has the shape of gossip, it is called gossip building.

4) Sunlight Rock: 60 yuan-free admission before 6 am.

5) Hao Yue Garden: 15 yuan

There is only one stone statue of Zheng Chenggong, which I think can be seen from a distance.

6) There are many beautiful old houses along Fujian Road (south of Gulangyu Island). You can go shopping for half a day if you are interested. There are also some in the area of Annan Road.

If tourists want to shop, they can go to Longtou Road in Gulangyu Island, where local specialties can be bought everywhere in small shops. Such as: handicraft shops, calligraphy and painting shops, bead embroidery, lacquer line carving, color binding, color plastic, color porcelain and so on.
