Xu Xiake was born in a scholarly family. Due to the influence of his father, Xu Xiake did not seek fame or fortune in his life, but only pursued the joy of landscape. Xu Xiake had a passionate pursuit of great rivers and mountains. Without any help, he traveled to 16 provinces in my country, including Guizhou, Anhui, Jiangsu, Hebei, Henan, Shanxi, Guangdong, and Yunnan, which can be said to have traveled most of China. Xu Xiake's love for traveling amazed us. He not only enjoyed the happiness brought to him by the mountains and rivers, but also recorded this happiness. He recorded everything he saw, heard and felt during his life's travels. The most famous geographical travelogue "Xu Xiake's Travels" during the Ming Dynasty in my country.

Xu Xiake, a famous geography and travel expert in my country's Ming Dynasty, was originally named Xu Hongzu. His ancestral home was in Jiangyin, Jiangsu Province. During his lifetime, he wrote "Xu Xiake's Travels" after 30 years of fieldwork, with a total of 600,000 words, and made pioneering contributions in geography and the study of the natural world. This book is not only a geographical work about tourism, but also a literary work of great appreciation value.
