What does Zigui mean?

Zigui is a county under the jurisdiction of Yichang City, Hubei Province, China.

Zigui County is located in the west of Hubei Province, on both sides of Xiling Gorge of the Yangtze River and at the head of the Three Gorges Dam. Between 30 38' ~ 311'north latitude and1/0/01'east longitude.

Zigui County borders Sandouping Town, Taipingxi Town and Dengcun Township in Yiling District in the east, Lang Ping Town and Hejiaping Town in Changyang Tujia Autonomous County in the south, Xinling Town, Xiqiuwan Township and Chadianzi Town in Badong County in the west, and Xiakou Town and Gao Qiao Township in Xingshan County in the north.
