What kinds of tea do you have?

The main varieties of white tea are Baihao Yinzhen, Bai Mudan and Shoumei.

Baihao Yinzhen is white tea made from the fat buds of Dabai tea tree. Named for its silvery white color and needle-like appearance. It is the most precious variety of white tea. Its fragrance is fresh, the soup is yellowish and the taste is fresh and refreshing. It is the best in white tea.

Bai Mudan is made of short bud leaves, one bud and one leaf of Dabai tea tree or narcissus variety. It is named for its silvery green leaves, which are shaped like flowers. After brewing, the green leaves hold the buds, just like Bai Mudan's buds.

Shoumei is a white tea made of short buds and leaves of Dabai tea variety, also called Gongmei.
