1. Under the Class II (orange) warning of the city's heavily polluted weather, except for urban operation support vehicles and special vehicles, the tail number of small cars (including temporary number plates) is restricted, Monday 1 and 6, Tuesday 2 and 7, Wednesday 3 and 8, Thursday 4 and 9, and Friday 5 and 0.
