Chapter 1 Equipment and Equipment

1 Competition Venue

3 Balls

3.1 Characteristics

3. 2 Uniformity

The characteristics of the balls used in a game, including circumference, weight and brand, must be uniform.

The balls used in official domestic competitions must be approved and designated by the Chinese Volleyball Association.

3.3 The elasticity of the ball

The ball used in the competition should have a certain degree of elasticity, and its standard is: the rebound height when free at a height of 2 meters is not less than 50 cm.

4 Competition Teams

4. Composition of Team 1

4.1.2 Captain

The captain shall indicate on the score sheet.

4.2 Position of the competition team

4.2. 1. During the game, the substitutes should sit on the team bench on their side of the field or in the preparation area, with the coach and team leader and other members should also sit in the team bench, but may leave temporarily. Team benches are located on both sides of the scorer's table and outside the barrier-free area.

4.2.2 Only team members are allowed to sit on the team bench during the game and participate in pre-match preparation activities.

4.2.3 Substitute players can prepare without the ball in the following areas.

4.2.3.1 During the competition, in the preparation area.

4.2.3.2 During timeouts, in the barrier-free area behind one side of their playing field.

4.2.4 During the break between two games, players can use the ball in the barrier-free area for preparatory activities.

5 Team members’ clothing

5. 1.1 Team members’ clothing includes tops, shorts, socks (must be consistent) and sports shoes.

The tops, shorts, socks and sneakers of all team members must be uniform, uniform and of the same color.

5.1. 2 Sports shoes must be soft and lightweight rubber-soled or leather-soled shoes without heels.

5.1.3 Team members’ shirts must have numbers on them, ranging from 1 to 12.

5.2 Clothing Change

The referee may allow one or more athletes to:

6 Rights and Responsibilities of Participants

6. 1 Player

6.1. 1 Player must understand and abide by the rules of soft volleyball competition.

6.1.2 Players must obey the referee’s decision in good sportsmanship and no arguments are allowed.

6.1.3 The behavior of the players must be in line with the spirit of fair play. They must be respectful and courteous to the referee, other staff members, opposing players, team members and spectators.

6.1.4 Players shall not have any actions or behaviors intended to influence the referee's judgment or cover up their team's foul.

6.1.5 Players shall not engage in any behavior that would delay the game.

6.1.6 Conversation between all team members is allowed during the game.

6.2 Captain

6.2. 1 Before the start of the game, sign the score sheet and draw lots on behalf of your team.

6.2.2 During the game, the captain serves as the captain on the field. When the captain returns to the field, or until the end of the round. The captain on the public field can speak to the referee when the ball is dead.

6.4 Team Leader

Chapter 2 Game Methods

7 Scoring Methods

7. 1 Score per ball system

7.2 Best of three games, The team that wins two games wins one.

7.3 If there is a 1:1 draw, a tiebreaker will be held.

7.6 Forfeit

7.6.1 If a team refuses to play after being called, it will be declared as a forfeit, with a game of 0:2 and a game of 0:25 and 0:25. Score loss.

7.6.2 If a team fails to arrive on time without justifiable reasons, the team will be declared a forfeit and the result will be the same as rule 7.6.1.

Chapter 4 Preparation and Organization of the Game

8 Preparation for the Game

8. 1 Drawing Lots

8.2 Preparatory activities

9.1A system: Each team must always maintain 4 players on the field to compete.

B system: Each player on the field must always have 6 players to compete. The rotation order of players shall be in the order registered in the position table until the end of the round.

9. 2 Before the start of each game, the coach must promptly register the lineup on the position sheet, sign it and hand it to the referee or recorder.

9.3 Players not included in the lineup shall be substitutes for the game.

9.4 Once the position list is handed over to the referee or scorer, it cannot be changed except for normal substitutions.

9.5 When the position of a player on the field does not match the position table:

9.5.1 Before the start of a round, when the position of a player on the field does not match the position table, it must be corrected according to the position table , no penalty will be imposed.

9.5.2 If one or more teammates on the field are not registered on the position list before the start of a round, they must be corrected according to the position list and no penalty will be imposed.

9.5.3 If the coach wants to keep an unregistered player on the field, he must request a normal substitution and register it on the scoresheet.

Position 10

When the server hits the ball, the players on both sides (except the server) must take their positions in this court area in rotation order.

10. Position of player 1 on the field

A system: Position 1 is the back row player, positions 2, 3, and 4 are the front row players;

< p>B system: Positions 1, 5, and 6 are the back row players, and positions 2, 3, and 4 are the front row players. The positions of players in the front and back rows cannot be reversed; the positions of players in the same row cannot cross (except for players who have served).

10.2 Position between two players

10.2.1 Each back-row player must be positioned further from the net than his corresponding front-row player.

10.2.2 The positions between the left and right of the front and back row players shall be as specified in Rule 10.1.

10.3 The position of a player should be determined based on the landing position of his or her feet

10.3.1 Each front row player has at least part of one foot that is farther apart than the feet of the back row player in the same row. The center line is closer.

10.3.2 Each right (left) player has at least part of one foot closer to the right (left) sideline than the feet of the center player in the same row.

10.4 After hitting the ball, players from both sides can be in any position in the court area and the barrier-free area. However, the back row players are not allowed to block the ball before entering the offensive line and step on or over the offensive line to hit the ball higher than the net directly through the opponent's court. 10.5 Positional error

10.5.1 When the server hits the ball, if the player is not in his correct position, it constitutes a positional error.

10.5.3 If the server commits a foul after hitting the ball, the position error comes first and a position error foul will be assessed.

10.5.4 The penalties for position errors are as follows:

10.5.4.1 The team in the wrong position is awarded a goal;

10.5.4.2 The player returns to the correct position location.

10.6 Rotations

10.6.1 The rotation sequence includes the serving and the positions of other players, which are performed in the order filled in the position table throughout the game.

10.6.2 After the receiving team obtains the right to serve, the players of this team must rotate one position in a clockwise direction (A system: player in position 2 moves to position 1, player moves to position 4, etc. ; System B: Player in position 2 moves to position 1 to serve, player in position 1 moves to position 6, etc.).

10.7 Rotation Error

10.7.1 Failure to serve in accordance with the rotation order shall be deemed as a rotation error, and the following penalties will be imposed:

10.7.1.1 The team is sentenced to One man, one ball

10.7.1.2 The rotation order of the players has been corrected.

10.7.2 The scorer shall determine exactly when his error occurred, thereby voiding all points scored by the team since the error occurred. The opponent's score remains valid.

If the score cannot be determined as a result of the rotation error, only a penalty of one goal will be awarded.

Substitution of 11 players

With the permission of the referee, a player leaves the playing field and his position is occupied by another player who has been registered on the score sheet Behavior is called substitution.

11. 1 substitution system

11.1.1 Each team can make up to four substitutions in each game. One or more people can be replaced at the same time.

11.1.2 Players who start the lineup in each round can withdraw from the game and play again in the same round.

11.1.3 Substitute players can come on the field to replace any player on the court in each game.

11.2 Special Substitution

When a player is injured and cannot continue the game, a legal substitution must be made. If legal substitution is not possible, special substitutions beyond the limits of Rule 11.1 may be made.

Anyone outside the field can replace the injured player during special substitution, but the injured player cannot play again in this game.

Special substitutions are not counted as legal substitutions in any case.

11.3 Substitution after being ejected or disqualified

A legal substitution must be made when a player is ejected or disqualified from the game. If a legal substitution is not possible, the team is declared incomplete.

11.4 Illegal substitutions

11.4.1 Substitutions that exceed the limits of Rule 11.1 are illegal substitutions (except in the case of Rule 11.2).

11.4.2 A team has made an illegal substitution and the game has been restarted. The following steps should be followed:

Chapter 5 Game Behavior

12 Game Status

12. 1 Game Begins

12.2 Interruption of the game

The game is interrupted when the referee blows the whistle. However, if the referee blows the whistle due to a foul during the game, the interruption of the game actually begins at the moment of the foul.

12.3 Inbound ball

If the ball touches the ground of the playing area including the boundary line (Rule 1.3), it is an inbound ball.

12.4 Throw-in ball

The following situations are foul balls:

12.4.1 The part of the ball that touches the ground is outside the boundary line (excluding the touch line);
