Guo Rihong, who was born in 1976, has been a police officer for 17 years. During this period, he experienced the test of urgent, dangerous and heavy tasks such as the "5·12" Wenchuan earthquake-stricken area rescue and rescue, and used the standards of a Communist Party member to demand himself to fulfill his mission and have the courage to take on responsibilities.

At about 0:00 on March 1, 2018, when Guo Rihong led two auxiliary police officers to patrol the area, they found an old man suffering from Alzheimer's disease wandering on the road. Because the weather was cold and the old man suffered from various diseases, Guo Rihong immediately took off his police uniform and put it on the old man, and carried the old man back to the police station with his colleagues. After patiently asking, he learned that the old man's name was Kong Xianping, 75 years old, and a native of Tunzi Town, Junxian County. Guo Rihong contacted the Tunzi Police Station and quickly found his family members. It was already around 3 a.m. when Kong Xianping's family members arrived after hearing the news. Before leaving, Kong Xianping's family held Guo Rihong's hand and said gratefully: "Thank you, comrade police! You are really a caring person to our people!"

Due to years of overwork, Guo Rihong unfortunately suffered from lumbar intervertebral disc. protrusion and other diseases. But he never made any personal demands from the organization.
