Why do cyclone weather systems cause sandstorms? Won't cyclones bring rain? How can there be sandstorms on rainy days?

Cyclone weather is accompanied by a wide range of vertical and horizontal movements of the atmosphere. The lower atmosphere is dominated by convergent ascending motion. When the cyclone passes through the wet area, the moist air that converges and rises in a large range condenses into thick clouds to produce precipitation. However, when the cyclone passes through the dry area, the converging and rising dry air is not enough to form a thick enough cloud to generate precipitation, and the underlying surface of the dry area is mostly composed of dust. In the spring when the temperature rises rapidly and the weather is dry, the sand on the surface is easy to become lighter dust particles. When the cyclone passes by, these dust particles are easily brought into the air by the converging and ascending airflow, forming dusty weather.
