Luyi County is a county directly under the jurisdiction of Henan Province, which belongs to Zhoukou City. Lu Yi, formerly known as Minglu, Zhenyuan, Guxian, Guyang and Yuan Xian, is located at the junction of eastern Henan and Anhui provinces. It is connected to Zhecheng County and Suiyang District of Shangqiu City in the north, Huaiyang County in the west, Dancheng in the south and Qiaocheng District of Bozhou City in the east. Lu Yi is the hub connecting Central Plains Economic Zone, Wanjiang Economic Belt and Yangtze River Delta.
Lu Yi is the hometown of Laozi, the founder of Taoism. 20116543810.
