How to introduce the weather in a certain area according to the date in excel?

1. Make a weather record table first, merge A 1:Q 1 and write the title-select A2: Q9-click Start-and set it as all borders, that is, draw a table with 17 columns and 8 rows.

2. Fill in the information about the weather-press ctrl and select B3:Q3 and B7:Q7- Click Data-Data Verification-Data Verification.
