Beautiful scenery in Linzhi, Tibet

There is such a place in Tibet, with the purest sky, the most elegant clouds, the most majestic snow peaks, the most beautiful bends and the richest treasure house of plants. She is from Linzhi area.

This place is only 2700 meters above sea level, like a water town in the south of the Yangtze River. There is no altitude sickness, which is pleasing to the eye.

On July 7, 2020, I traveled to Linzhi.

Linzhi We mainly went to Yarlung Zangbo River Gorge, Basongcuo Lake, Kadinggou, Lulang Linhai and Yangni River Scenic Belt.

Lulang Linhai is a town under the jurisdiction of Xianyingchi County, Xizang Autonomous Region.

Lulang is 3700 meters above sea level, located on the Sichuan-Tibet Highway about 80 kilometers away from Bayi Town, Linzhi area, and in the deep mountains and forests.

We entered an observation deck in the Jurang Lake, where there are more than 200 steps, and it is difficult to climb up. Arriving at a huge circular observation deck, I really feel that I am in a vast green ocean. It's hard to imagine such a rich virgin forest in such a high altitude area as Tibet.

Vegetation is distributed vertically and consists of spruce and pine. There are shrubs and jungles, with uniform meadows in the middle, like colorful carpets, winding streams and gurgling springs. Thousands of wild flowers are blooming on the lawn, such as spring flowers, aster flowers, grass plum flowers and Pedicularis flowers. Wooden fences, wooden houses, wooden bridges and farmers' and herdsmen's villages with forest characteristics are scattered all over the place, drawing a peaceful and beautiful picture.

Both spruce and pine trees are thousand-year-old trees, towering into the sky, with tall and straight trunks, extending from the valley to the sky, overlooking from a high platform, feeling like wild geese soaring in the forest.

The weather turned sunny and cloudy, and the thick fog covered the sun. It is said that the opposite is Nanga Bawa Peak, but few people can see its true face clearly. After waiting for a while, we left.

Lulang is close to the sea. In fact, you can see it on the road of 3 18. You don't need to enter the observation deck, because you need tickets.

My favorite place is the Yangni River Scenic Belt, which is a wetland reserve, on the way to the Yarlung Zangbo River Gorge, opposite the Benzri Mountain.

In the early morning, the sunshine on the mountain of Benzi just shines on the Yangni River, giving this area a sparkling scenery, which makes people feel that they are all beautiful scenery in the south of the Yangtze River and trance into the dreamy Garden of Eden.

I remember reading Andersen's fairy tales when I was a child, describing the princess who was pushed underground. After waking up, she entered a fairy tale world. Yes, I was thinking: when can I live happily in such a place? What I see now is the world I dreamed of when I was a child.

Looking at the Yangni River wetland from the observation deck, the scenery of the wetland is so rich. This river is not monotonous at all. There are many meadows, large and small. These meadows have different shapes, winding along the water, and the colors are dark green and light yellow, which are intertwined. Coupled with the distant mountains, white clouds like white gauze constitute a colorful and harmonious fairview park.

We quickly descended to the plank road, which extended to the far wetland and shuttled through the reed forest, and birds flew over from time to time. What a paradise!

The scenery in Yang Ni gives people the impression that the color levels are rich and varied, and it has the beauty of a water town in the south of the Yangtze River, but it is more vast and boundless, a kind of atmospheric beauty, which makes people memorable.

Leave Yangni River and come to Yarlung Zangbo River.

The current of the Yarlung Zangbo River is very fast, like a runaway wild horse, rushing endlessly, with huge waves and roaring. Looking at it, everyone felt scared and seemed to be swallowed up by the rolling river.

The tour guide said: The Yarlung Zangbo River Grand Canyon is more than 504.6 kilometers long and the deepest part is 6009 meters, ranking first in the world.

China explorer Yang Liusong crossed the Grand Canyon during the rainy season. How dangerous is the Grand Canyon? Even above the canyon, there is no way out. Underwater is covered with reef shoals, with fast-flowing water and cliffs. There are mudslides and landslides all the time to catch up with the rainy season. It is the last pure land on the earth, and many areas have not been set foot in yet. Now the scenic spot has built more than 20 kilometers of roads.

We mainly visited the entrance of Yarlung Zangbo River to Daduka village in Miqi county. Along the way, I sat on the tour bus in the scenic spot, as if walking through the clouds, overlooking the bend of the Yarlung Zangbo River and the small villages scattered along the river. By the surging river, I feel that those small villages are so small, but they have a vibrant force.

When we arrived at the observation deck of Nanga Bawa Peak, facing the snow-capped mountain at an altitude of 7782 meters, we all folded our hands, silently recited the six-character mantra and prayed for blessings.

Mount Namgyabawa is the most beautiful mountain in China, and it goes straight into the sky like a sword. Tibetans call her a "sword that pierces the sky". She is a Mount Everest, which no one can climb so far, and is also listed as a permanently forbidden mountain, because she is a holy mountain for Tibetans and a clean spiritual shrine.

Nanga Bawa Peak is shrouded in mist all the year round and rarely shows its true colors. Even in sunny days, we can only peep at part of her figure, but it is enough to make people feel beautiful.

Speaking of her aura, the tour guide told us this passage: Go ahead for a while and you will see a village, which is basically uninhabited. So where did the villagers go? Most people died in avalanches. This is not an accidental phenomenon, but the revenge of Shenshan on the villagers. Because they were too greedy and blasphemed.

Tibetans have been digging for a living from generation to generation, but the ancestors are very temperate, just digging for a living and raising interest. One year, the villagers in this village went to dig Cordyceps near Shenshan. There were a lot of cordyceps that year, so they dug hard. People robbed them. They got a lot of wealth and were very happy. But no one expected that overnight, the mountain gods became angry, the mountain collapsed and most villagers were killed. Those who stayed were particularly regretful and guilty. The government funded the survivors to move out, but an old woman volunteered to stay at the foot of Nange Baba Peak, and she was the only one living in that particularly bad place. She said that she would spend the rest of her life compensating the villagers who died. She sticks to her beliefs and no one can convince her.

After hearing the story, all our tourists were silent. I once again looked at the mysterious snow mountain-Nange Bawa Peak, which is still shrouded in clouds, but I can clearly see the main body of the Chu Snow Mountain, which is snowy and charming. No matter who she is, she will be infected by her holiness and gain a kind of inner peace and purity.

Yes! Whether there is a god in the mountains or not, we are really as small as dust in front of nature. We should never have that insatiable desire. Only with awe and peace with nature can we get spiritual comfort.

Snow-capped mountains have always been with us. The Yarlung Zangbo River forms a horseshoe-shaped turn around the snow-capped mountains, and then flows to the southeast. The Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon is really mysterious. What we can see is less than a third, but it is unforgettable.

Linzhi is really a charming place.
