Which is prosperous, Chengdu or Shenyang?

I just went to the southwest for more than twenty days, from Shenyang. Let's compare it.

1. In terms of climate, Chengdu has completely exploded in Shenyang. Chengdu has a humid and warm climate, while Shenyang is hot in summer and cold in winter. The most important thing is that Chengdu is mostly foggy, and Shenyang is more foggy. . . .

2. In terms of architecture, Chengdu has completely exploded in Shenyang. Although they are all modern cities, Chengdu still retains some Sichuan characteristics in details. On the other hand, Shenyang has no profound historical accumulation, and its architecture has never had any cultural characteristics.

3. In terms of diet, Chengdu has completely exploded in Shenyang. The diet in the northeast has always been thick, and I am afraid that the diet will always be short compared with other places in China.

4. In terms of urban sanitation, Shenyang is generally good. Chengdu people are more informal (actually lazy) than northeast people. Some places in Chengdu have been ravaged badly enough. Of course, some corners of Shenyang are not so good, but the climate is dry and there is no "secondary processing" like Chengdu.

In terms of transportation, Shenyang is better than Chengdu. The traffic of Chengdu people, to put it bluntly, was ruined by Chengdu people's own electric vehicle industry. Traffic lights and traffic rules are useless to Chengdu people who walk and ride electric cars. Chongqing, which is also not limited to motorcycles, is a positive teaching material that proves that the chaos of electric motorcycles in Chengdu is entirely due to laziness! Chengdu ZF is too lazy to take it seriously, and Chengdu people are too lazy to obey the traffic rules.

6. Economy. This is the hardest thing to say. Let's talk about the total GDP on paper first, and look at the picture.

The total number of Chengdu is higher than that of Shenyang, but you should not ignore it. The population of Chengdu is 6 million more than that of Shenyang (this figure can create another Shenyang), and Chengdu's per capita GDP ranks first from the bottom.

I prefer to put the economic comparison between the two cities in the context of Liaoning Province and Sichuan Province, and say the conclusion first: Shenyang is better than Chengdu.

I can't use up the word explosion, because, first of all, Shenyang is a city with heavy industry and developed machinery manufacturing, while Chengdu is a city with developed tertiary industry and light industry. The routes of the two cities are different, so we can't simply judge which is better or worse by the indicators of the two cities; Secondly, Shenyang does not concentrate all the strength of Liaoning. In the chart, Dalian ranks first in Shenyang, which is divided into three economic zones: around Shenyang, along the coast around Dalian and southwest Liaoning, while Chengdu is not. If I say that Chengdu has concentrated the strength of Sichuan, I wonder if friends in Sichuan have any opinions. The economies of other cities in Sichuan and Chengdu are not of the same order of magnitude at all, then it is unfair to compare Shenyang Economic Circle with Chengdu with Sichuan advantages.

I deliberately chose two different routes to go in and out of Sichuan by train in order to have a closer look at the scenery along the way. I feel that Sichuan Province is not far from Liaoning, an eastern coastal province. Therefore, behind the prosperous Chengdu is underdeveloped Sichuan Province, and behind the mediocre and featureless Shenyang is well-off Liaoning Province.

Finally, let me talk about my personal subjective thoughts. If I have to choose one, I prefer Chengdu, a city with a more lively atmosphere.
