When will Longjing be listed before tomorrow?

Longjing will be listed in the middle of March next year.

In mid-March, the Longjing tea area of West Lake was officially mined, and one bud and one leaf were picked as raw materials, with full buds and leaves and rich endosperm. After spreading fresh leaves, screening, pot cleaning, moisture regain, screening, steaming, dry tea screening, long head, re-screening, stacking and other processes, the finished tea is officially put on the market for sale.

The large-scale mining time of West Lake Longjing is generally concentrated around March 20 every year, which changes due to cold weather or drought and little rain, or is advanced or delayed. Last year, for example, the spring was chilly, tea production was reduced, and the mining time of West Lake Longjing was delayed by about a week.

Three characteristics and classification of Longjing tea picking:

In the morning, two are gentle and three are diligent. Tea farmers often say: "Tea is seasonal grass. It is a treasure to pick it three days early and turn it into grass three days later. " Longjing tea is also famous for its delicate picking, and the tenderness and uniformity of fresh leaves constitute the basis of Longjing tea quality. Diligence refers to picking in batches, and picking about 30 batches throughout the year.

Due to the differences in ecological conditions and frying technology, West Lake Longjing is divided into five categories: lion, dragon, cloud, tiger and plum.

Super Longjing tea is flat and smooth in shape, light green and smooth in color, fresh and high in aroma, fresh and sweet in taste and tender and white in leaves.
