Who is Man Tianlong?
Man Tianlong is a Taoist god. Man Tianlong is regarded as the god in charge of the sky and weather in Taoism, which can control natural disasters such as wind, rain and lightning, and is also the patron saint of people praying for peace and prosperity, eliminating disasters and solving problems. In ancient times, people often erected keels and hung wind chimes on the roofs to pray for the protection and shelter of Man Tianlong. Man Tianlong mainly appeared in Tai Shang Induction and Tai Shang Dong Xuan Ling Yu Bao Jing. In these classics, Man Tianlong is described as the dragon god, wearing rosy clouds and holding a sword, and often riding an auspicious dragon and cruising in the sky.
