Which district of Qingdao is the richest and has the greatest development potential?
Personally, I think Shinan District is the most prosperous. The poorest is Shibei District. The most densely populated area is Shibei District.
Shinan District and Licang District have the greatest potential for future development.
Shinan District is the core of Qingdao. Coastal tourism resources are rich, the geographical environment is good, the financial industry is developed, and the natural potential is huge.
Shibei District is located in the north of Shinan District, where the poor in Qingdao basically live. Shinan District is a rich area, and all the rich people are in Shinan. There are two ancient cities in the south and the north. So the current situation is that Shibei District is overcrowded and there is no land to build a new building. The disadvantage of this area is crowded, and the advantage is the low cost of living. Therefore, although Shibei District is the poorest place, it is also convenient. Shibei District has no future because there are too many people. Shibei district can't support so many people now, and many people leave here if they have money. The rest are old, weak, sick and disabled in Shibei District. There are many depressions in the north of the city, and waterlogging will form when it rains. Some people say that Qingdao has a good drainage system, referring to the old Qingdao in Shinan District. Shibei District was originally a poor area and was often flooded.
Licang District was originally a rural area, but with the expansion of Qingdao, Licang District linked Chengyang District with Shibei District. The reason why there is great potential here is that there are more undeveloped land here. Moreover, the area of Licang District is much larger than that of Shibei District. Many technology companies have settled in Chengyang, Licang and other places where land is cheap. There is a lot of room for construction in the future. The subway has arrived here, and it won't take long from Licang to Shinan District. Many people are choosing to buy a house and settle down in Licang, so Licang District is very promising.
Laoshan District is in the east of Qingdao, with the most famous mountain Laoshan in Qingdao. Good environment is the main selling point of Laoshan District. However, the problem of Laoshan Mountain is that a large area is occupied by Laoshan Mountain, which is a protected area and cannot be developed. So the prospects are still limited.
Then, the cross-sea bridge and cross-sea tunnel in Shinan District is Huangdao District to the west. Huangdao District is a rookie in Qingdao in recent years. The reason why Huangdao ranks behind Licang is mainly because of the barrier of the sea. Whether it is a cross-sea tunnel or a cross-sea bridge, the distance from Huangdao to Shinan District has been shortened. However, it costs money to cross the bridge and tunnel, which will restrict travel in bad weather. So the same distance is very close, but the status of Huangdao cannot be equated with Li Cang. Huangdao has a large area and a large room for development, but there are no people in other areas around Huangdao except Shinan District. On the other hand, there are Chengyang and Jimo above Licang, which will have great advantages for the development of Licang. Licang is a transportation hub. Compared with Li Cang, the resources that Huangdao can dock are relatively limited. The positioning of Huangdao is equal to that of Chengyang.
Speaking of Chengyang, it also has a large area, but the problem of Chengyang is that it is far from Shinan District. Chengyang is a new area with a wide road. This is a completely modern plan. Personally, Chengyang is better than Huangdao. But the distance is difficult. Fortunately, there is an airport here in Chengyang. There is also a small local tyrant Jimo in the north.
Jimo District was originally jimo city. Later, it was withdrawn from the city and became a district of Qingdao. Jimo's own economy was still good. With the integration into Qingdao, Jimo has a greater development prospect. The development of Jimo also supports Chengyang.
