The Story of Chencun Ⅱ Shenyuan (5) Jiangjiayuan
There are more than 20 quadrangles in Chencun, most of which are surnamed Chen and Jiang. There are more than 10 in the old courtyard of the Jiang family, accounting for half of the ancient courtyard. So far, they are well preserved, concentrated and neatly arranged. As the second surname of Chencun, until liberation, the wealth and honor created by the Chiang family, such as real estate and fields, were equally divided with the Chen family and given to Chencun.
Starting from the west entrance of Bochi, taking Loupo Road as the dividing line, Jiangjia Courtyard is concentrated in the west and Chenjia Courtyard is in the east. Although there are some interlaces, it can be said that the courtyards of the two surnames are clearly divided. The Chiang Family Courtyard is lined up from behind the Sanguan Temple. These courtyards are all built with buildings or small kilns, which are closely related to each other and extend from north to south to west with the courtyard in front of the bottom kiln as the center. There are many courtyards around, large and small, which form a natural and orderly courtyard group with the village road, especially several courtyards built in the west of the village. The story is thought-provoking, which embodies the fine family tradition of Jiang family's hard work, unity and progress, hard work and invincible victory.
Above the north platform of Shuiyao Road in the west of the village, the Jiangji Ugly Courtyard was originally in Xitian, which was the venue where Jiangjiaqiu harvested summer crops. The five-hole kiln is also used to store grain and farm tools. Both the East Yard and the Potang Yard are owned by the Jiang family, and both have five or six-hole caves. It can be seen that there was a lot of grain in the fields of the Jiang family at that time, and the quadrangle in the east of Xitian belonged to the Jiang Guomin family. Many people remember his grandfather. He was injured. He was blind in one eye and had a round forehead. Being short and bent is the image of the landlord we thought when we were young. Old people have been working until their later years, and hunchback is caused by long-term labor. His hard-working family style has been vividly reflected in later generations. There is also an independent courtyard built by Jiang Zu in the northern mountain depression of Xichang. From the architectural style, these families pay attention to farming and heirlooms, which were built by generations of hard work. This virtue of hard work not only enriches their property, but also enriches their property.
Jiang Huaqing lives in two old yards. The courtyard is wide and deep, and the cave is high. The length and width of the courtyard and the size of the cave are bigger than usual. For example, the skylight of the cave can stand a person, and the flower tower on the cave is like a battery, giving people an unfathomable feeling. It is said that there used to be father-son martial arts here, which seems to be specially built for martial arts. Perhaps this is the special treatment and glory of father and son martial arts. The Chiang family also practiced martial arts, about 70 years ago. A descendant of the Chiang family who came back from Ann seems to be called Yang. He is big and young, but he doesn't talk much. He often fights alone. I heard that he was treated unfairly. He is good at martial arts, and he can fly over the eaves and walk over the walls to avoid direct bullets. So many of our children are afraid to look at each other and talk behind their backs. In ancient China, practicing martial arts was the basic requirement for a family to survive and establish a career. Wushu is a double-edged sword. [
Gong Yuan is the two courtyards of Jiangxi Wa family side by side, which is located in the center of Jiang family courtyards. To the south of the two courtyards is a passage and a small kiln, and to the east of the passage is the gatehouse, which is the only gate of the Chiang family that opens eastward. The gatehouse is beautifully built with flagpoles. This is the flagpole courtyard discovered by Chencun so far. In the feudal era of strict hierarchy, this honor is very rare, and the carved columns and painted columns are also very beautiful. When I was a child, I often played in front of lions. It is said that the stone lion was brought back from Shandong and can predict the weather. Unfortunately, such a gatehouse was damaged many times due to lack of protection, and the stone lions and doorplates were also stolen. Only the flagpole is still isolated, proudly guarding the glory of the Chiang family.
The courtyards around Bagongyuan are the densest, almost connected with the courtyards, and the kilns are all near the kilns. Most of these kilns were built in the middle and early Qing Dynasty. By the time of Bagong, Jiang Jiazu was already very rich, giving consideration to agriculture and commerce. He is both civil and military, with outstanding achievements, and builds water conservancy projects. He has a very good reputation. "Duyun Cai Liang" and the existing stone tablet buildings in the village are concrete manifestations of his achievements. The stone tablet building was built five years before Guangxu three years ago. The food stored in the hospital is enough for several rural people. Therefore, in the most difficult famine period, the Chiang family first ensured the survival and development of the Chiang family, unlike many families who lost many people after the famine. This is also a key point for the Chiang family in Chencun to accumulate wealth. Until now, this Jiang family has a lot of talents and is the leader of the Jiang family.
The Jiang Family Courtyard is only one aspect of the wealth created by the ancestors of the Jiang family. Although it was a hundred years later than Chen's move, it was amazing to come from behind. For example, there is only one cave in the courtyard of the Jiang family (pictured), and the courtyard is very narrow, but there are still several ancestral graves of the Jiang family. Although it has long been leveled, the descendants of the Jiang family will properly handle it and keep the monument.
? The rapid development of the Jiang family in Chencun benefited from the fine traditions of diligence, frugality, studiousness and generosity handed down from generation to generation, and also benefited from the friendly relations with neighbors such as Chen and Guo. The intermarriage of surnames in the village is conducive to the reproduction and development of future generations and also strengthens the relationship between them. For hundreds of years, every household has established unbreakable friendship with its neighbors.
