1. 1 material requirements

2.2 Operation process
(1) Base treatment: Clean the laitance and floor ash on the base with chisel or wire brush, and then clean the eluvial soil with broom.

For rooms with slope requirements, pull the line according to the design slope requirements, and remove the slope pier. When mortar is used as leveling layer, reinforcement should also be washed.
(3) stirring:
1) The feeding sequence of concrete is gravel-cement-sand-water. Water consumption should be strictly controlled and mixed evenly.

When the thickness exceeds 200mm, an internal vibrator should be used, and its moving distance should not be greater than 1.5 times the action radius, so as to avoid vibration leakage and ensure the compactness of concrete.
(6) Leveling: Take the horizontal control line and leveling pier on the wall column as signs, check the flatness, shovel off the high ones and fill the depressions. Leveling with a horizontal scraping bar, and then rubbing the surface with a wooden trowel. If there is any slope requirement, it shall be carried out according to the slope required by the design.
(7) Maintenance: After the construction is completed, cover and spray water for maintenance around 12h, and personnel are prohibited from coming in and out. Generally, the maintenance period is not less than 7d.

(3) After completion, it should be covered and sheltered in the maintenance process to avoid infringement.

(1) During transportation, stacking and construction, attention should be paid to avoiding dust, scattering and adhesive tape, and necessary measures such as covering, sealing, watering and washing should be taken.
(2) The noise of construction machinery should meet the requirements of environmental protection.
(3) Temporary electricity utilization for construction shall comply with safety management regulations.
