In order to fully implement the requirements of the provincial party committee, the provincial Z government and the provincial department of transportation on the key year and the crucial year of the "three-year decisive battle" in highway construction, the Qigan Highway Construction Command launched the "09 Summer Offensive", which started three battles in July, August and September.

Some construction enterprises take advantage of the proximity of the construction section to the military station, actively communicate and carry out joint military-civilian construction. More than 200 well-trained soldiers have become a new force in the construction of Qigan Highway Project, effectively ensuring the overall construction progress of Qigan Highway Project. At present, the project is progressing rapidly.
