Spring in Ontario is always late. Vancouver in March is already a sea of flowers, while cherry blossoms in Ontario are in full bloom until early May.

I have been in Canada for more than 20 years, and there are always several weekends every year. We can't avoid going to see cherry blossoms with people, but this year we found another kind of scenery near Niagara Falls.

It turns out that in Ontario in May, in addition to colorful cherry blossoms, there is such a large place where peach blossoms are in full bloom.

This place has a beautiful name: Twenty Valley.

One weekend at the beginning of the month, we came to the king city in the north.

It is said that 60% of people who play drones will encounter plane explosions sooner or later, and our father and son are no exception.

One day at the end of June, LG took a special leave of absence and took his son to peterborough, more than 0/00 kilometers away from/kloc, to fly the drone. Unexpectedly, the drone and the remote controller lost contact near the sluice 3 1, and they were so anxious that they couldn't find the drone. 10 minutes later, just listen to "poof" and the drone falls into the lake hundreds of meters away. The picture above is the last photo sent back by the drone before it lost its signal.

Make persistent efforts, this is our second drone, DJI Mavic 2 Pro. Performance far exceeds the first one.

July 1 day is Canada's national day. The father of one of my son's classmates is the CEO of XE.com, a Canadian listed company. On this day every year, he will hold a grand charity party to celebrate and raise money for the food bank. The long winter in Ontario makes people cherish the cool and pleasant, but passionate summer.

At the end of July, we came back from the Balkans and then went to Beibu Gulf (see my travel notes-people around us, scenery around us-Beibu Gulf).

In mid-August, after many years, we came to Fergus Town again because of a class reunion.

This small island is called Echo, which is located at the nearest pier 10 km. We chartered a boat. John, a 60-year-old boatman, used to work in Toronto. After retirement, he moved to a nearby island. His daily life is fishing and sailing.

There is only one wooden house built 1 century ago on the island. When they came here, fishermen took out their fishing rods one after another. Although the harvest was limited that day, everyone was in high spirits.

Everyone sat quietly on the shore, waiting for the sun to set slowly in the west.

As night fell, everyone lit a bonfire and had a heart-to-heart talk.

The next day, John took a boat to the island to meet everyone and go to Bell Lake together.

Bear Lake is like a pearl, hidden behind many small islands. You can only sail here, and there are few tourists.

We go hiking and have a picnic here.

The time to get together passed in a hurry, and everyone was a little sad.

When we leave, as when we came, we have to wade across.
