Construction log format

The pages of the notebook should be numbered consecutively, and there should be no pages missing in the middle. When taking notes, don't erase or smear them. If you make a mistake, cross out the incorrect information with a line and continue to record. You shouldn't tear out any pages in your notebook.
If you want to void a page, mark it with a big "X" and indicate the word "void". Make a record every day, and write down every date. If there is no homework on a certain day, you should mark something like "No homework" on that day's page. The weather conditions should also be recorded on the date of "no operation", so that it can be used to explain why "no operation" occurs in future lawsuits to pay off losses. All entries should be recorded on the day of occurrence.
