According to the standard, high-altitude operation should be stopped in windy weather above level 5, and reliable anti-skid and cold-proof measures should be taken in high-altitude operation in bad weather such as rain and snow. In case of strong wind above level 5 (inclusive), the hoisting operation of large formwork should be stopped; The hoisting operation of tower crane must be stopped in strong winds above level 6, and the demolition operation shall not be carried out in rain, snow, fog and wind above level 4.

When two or more cranes lift the same weight, the wire rope should be straight; The lifting and operation of each crane should be synchronized; The load borne by each crane shall not exceed the additional lifting capacity anywhere. If the above requirements cannot be met, the additional lifting capacity should be reduced to 80%; The chief engineer can also reduce the extra lifting according to the actual situation. When hoisting, the chief engineer should be present to guide.

When the safety protection device of the crane fails, fails or is inaccurate, the operation is stopped with illness; During operation, it is forbidden to repair, maintain and adjust the transmission part, moving part and its area; The transmission part should be smooth and good.

For open-air operation, in case of severe weather such as gale of magnitude 6 or above or rainstorm, heavy snow and fog, the hoisting operation shall be suspended. Before working in rainy and snowy weather, try hoisting first, and then work after confirming that the brakes are sensitive and reliable.
