3. Distribution of goods:

① Timing chip and entrance package

The results of full marathon and half marathon are timed by accurate electronic chips. At the same time, in order to ensure the fairness and accuracy of the competition, we set up seven electronic induction performance monitoring points on the track. This induction monitoring chip is a disposable monitoring chip, which has been attached to the back of the number cloth (please do not bend it or return it). The 7 km mini marathon does not use time. Please go to the parking lot 1 floor, east of Jingyuetan Park, No.5840 Jingyuetan Street, Changchun City, two days before the competition (June 14 to June 15), and get the timing chip and the competition bag from the competition office. If there is no timing chip, the input result is invalid. To receive the participation package, you need to provide the consignee's ID card, consignee's ID card (or copy) and the disclaimer (or fax copy) printed and signed by the consignee in official website in advance, and then sign the claim statement on the spot.

There are 1 chip number cloth, 5 pins, storage pockets, entry instructions and T-shirts in the whole and half competition packages. Commemorative T-shirts are made in advance, and the organizing committee will try its best to meet the needs of participating athletes. Please arrange time to collect the competition package.

Download the achievement certificate. At the end of the race, mini marathon runners can record their achievements according to the clock, print them out and fill them in the completion certificate.

2. Expense Refund and Group Policy Change

Please send an email to fengjing@nordicways.com to apply for a refund. The refund will be returned to the player's original payment account within 15 working days after the organizing committee confirms the acceptance of the refund.

Please indicate the name, ID number, contact information, registration number and payment method of the card refunder in the refund email.

Apply for a refund before May 1 20 19: Participants can get a refund of 50% of the paid fees;

Refund application on or after May 19: The Organizing Committee will not accept any refund application;

Players who withdraw due to injury can submit their application for withdrawal before May 20 19 1 and get a 50% refund of the fees paid. On or after May 20 19 1 day, the Organizing Committee will not accept any application for retirement due to injury.

The organizing Committee does not accept the transfer of registration qualifications and paid fees to other players.

Starting point: Inner Square at the main entrance of Jingyuetan Park-Flood Control Dam-Tower at the commanding height of Changchun-Moon Bay-Nursery-Changchun Forest Botanical Garden-_ Wangta-Qingsongling-Green Garden-Songyingke-East Gate of Jingyuetan-Fanjiayoufang-Wetland-Second Ring Road-Original Ecology Off-road-Jingyuetan Second Ring Road (4 km)-Forest-Golf Training Ground-No.5 Vasa Museum.

(2) Half Marathon (21.0975km)

The whole marathon is 42. 195km, with a cumulative climb of 750m and the steepest slope of 22 degrees. It consists of16km Huan Tan Highway,13km hillside and13km forest sandy greenway. * * * There are 16 drinking stations, of which 7 provide energy supply and 3 have emergency vehicles.

The half marathon is 2 1.0975km long and consists of 14km Huan Tan Highway, 5km mountain ramp and 2km forest sandy greenway. * * * There are 8 drinking stations, of which 4 provide energy supply and 3 have emergency vehicles.

The mini marathon is 7 kilometers long, including 5 kilometers of Tan expressway and 2 kilometers of mountain roads. The only drinking station is located 5 kilometers away.

In addition to the starting and finishing toilets, simple toilets will be set up every 5 kilometers on the track.
