1. Heavy vehicles such as diesel trucks, construction waste, muck transportation, concrete and gravel transportation are prohibited from driving on roads within the Fourth Ring Road (excluding the Fourth Ring Road) all day;

2, the fourth ring road (ring expressway) within the encirclement area (excluding the fourth ring road), the implementation of license plate number single and two-day traffic regulations (the same as above);

3. From 6: 00 to 24: 00 every day, heavy trucks with non-Kazakh license plates (black A and black L sections) are prohibited from entering the enclosed area of the Fourth Ring Road (excluding the Fourth Ring Road).
