Zaozhuang belongs to the continental monsoon climate of warm temperate zone.

Zaozhuang is located in the mid-latitude warm temperate monsoon continental climate zone, with the characteristics of warm and humid climate in the south and dry and cold climate in the north. Influenced by natural geographical environment, solar radiation and monsoon, Zaozhuang city has the climate characteristics of good light, high accumulated temperature, abundant rainfall and both rain and heat, and the conditions of light, heat, water and gas are superior. The climate changes obviously in four seasons, with changeable climate in spring, more southwest winds, less precipitation and frequent droughts. Summer is hot, the air is humid and the precipitation is concentrated. There is little rain in autumn, and the air is crisp in autumn. Winter is cold and dry, and there is a north wind in Dorsey.
