In order to comprehensively develop and improve the language organization ability, expression ability, speech ability and reaction ability of teenagers and children, fully develop the positive, optimistic, smart, lively and confident spirit of contemporary teenagers and children, tap everyone's artistic potential, and improve the comprehensive quality of the Chinese nation, under the guidance of the Institute of Language and Character Application of the Ministry of Education (Putonghua and Character Application Training and Testing Center of the State Language Commission), the National Professional Committee for Youth Broadcasting and Hosting was established. The people facing the grade examination include teenagers, teenagers and children, and the examination contents include broadcasting and hosting, speech and eloquence.

The National Youth Broadcasting and Hosting Professional Committee authorized Beijing Qingda Century Education Investment Consultant Co., Ltd. to undertake and operate the national training programs related to the national youth broadcasting and hosting examination, set up a national service system composed of promotion centers and training centers, and supervise and guide the related training and evaluation work.
