(2) The core protection area and style coordination area of Gucheng County, Cicheng Town, Jiangbei District. Specific scope: dongcheng river, Cicheng Town in the east, Qinfeng Village, Cicheng Town in the west, close to the boundary of core protected areas and style coordination areas, Yongyufu Line in the south and Huanhu Road in Cicheng Town in the north.

(3) Dongqian Lake Tourist Resort.

(Other counties (cities) and zhenhai district, Beilun District and Fenghua District prohibit or restrict the operation and discharge of fireworks and firecrackers. Specific to the local people's government announcement shall prevail. )

Two, it is forbidden to set off fireworks in the following places:

(a) cultural relics protection units;

(2) Transportation hubs such as stations, docks and airports and railway line safety protection zones;

(3) Units that produce and store inflammable and explosive articles;

(4) Within the safety protection zone of power transmission and transformation facilities;

(five) organs, primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, medical institutions and pension services;

(six) key fire prevention areas such as mountains and grasslands;

(7) Commodity trading markets;

(8) High-rise buildings;

Other places determined and announced by the people's governments of cities and counties (cities).

Three, prohibit the operation of fireworks time:

It is forbidden to operate fireworks and firecrackers (including Spring Festival, Lantern Festival and other holidays) in the downtown area and the above-mentioned places where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited throughout the year; During the warning period of heavy polluted weather issued by the Municipal People's Government, it is forbidden to set off fireworks and firecrackers within the administrative area of this Municipality.

Fourth, the hazards of setting off fireworks:

Fireworks and firecrackers will produce a large number of particles and toxic and harmful gases, which will seriously endanger human health. It is an important factor that pollutes the air, affects the city appearance and environment, and causes various fires and personal injury accidents.

Fifth, the police reminded:

The general public are requested to consciously abide by the relevant regulations prohibiting the discharge of fireworks and firecrackers in Ningbo, start from themselves, do not illegally buy, store or discharge fireworks and firecrackers, and do a good job in discouraging and guiding relatives and friends. When celebrating festivals, weddings, funerals and various celebrations, you can choose electronic fireworks, festive music, flowers, balloons and other novel ways without setting off fireworks.
