Weather Warning of Taishan Meteorological Observatory

Foshan issued a white warning for typhoon. Typhoon Lee Tae will land on the coast from Taishan in Guangdong to Wenchang in Hainan from the evening of July 6th to the morning of July 8th.

According to the latest report from the meteorological department, Typhoon No.4 this year was named "Lee Tae" on June 5 14, and was upgraded to a severe tropical storm at 02: 00 on June 6. As of 09: 00 on 16, the center of Typhoon Lee Tae was located in the northern part of the South China Sea, about 660 kilometers southeast of Zhanjiang, and the maximum wind force near the center reached 10 (25m/s).

According to the forecast, "Teli" will move to the northwest at a speed of about 15 km per hour, and its intensity is expected to continue to increase. The maximum wind force may reach typhoon level or strong typhoon level (12 ~ 14). Typhoon Lee Tae is expected to land in the coastal area from Taishan in Guangdong to Wenchang in Hainan from the evening of 17 to the morning of 18.
