Measures to prohibit and restrict the passage of freight motor vehicles:

4. Urban traffic policy for medium and heavy trucks:

(1) Time limit: 7: 00 to 2 1 point every day;

(2) the scope of the ban. Prohibit or restrict the passage of freight vehicles. Due to special circumstances such as road construction, traffic signs are used;

(3) Due to the needs of production and life, key project construction, etc. For medium and heavy trucks (yellow cards) that really need to pass in restricted areas, road sections and time periods, you can apply for an electronic truck pass code through the "Traffic Management12123" app "Application for Urban Truck Pass Code" and pass according to the approved route and time.

5. Other matters:

(1) There are no roads in the city where all trucks are forbidden to pass for 24 hours, and all kinds of trucks are allowed to pass for at least 7 hours every day in the urban area;

(2) In case of heavy pollution, bad weather and other special circumstances, the bank shall be prohibited and restricted in accordance with relevant notices.
