Do a good job of greening and beautifying along the highway in our station, trim the slopes and ditches in time, keep the slopes smooth and solid, and lead the road maintenance workers to sow brooms and paint trees to meet the requirements of standardization and beautification.

3. Strengthen the maintenance of facilities along the line. Investigate and count the damage of facilities along the line, make a repair plan, repair all damaged facilities in a short time and restore their functions.

(6) Cleaning and beautification.

Highway maintenance workers implement the maintenance responsibility system, and all workers work in groups and sections, and sign the maintenance responsibility form. Check the attendance of road maintenance workers every day, and hold a meeting of the team leader of road maintenance workers every Monday afternoon to summarize the attendance. The road maintenance rate reaches 99%, the annual cleaning amount is 1354 1.5km, the vegetation management along the road is strengthened, the survival rate of trees meets the unified requirements, and the roadside weeds meet the requirements, thus realizing the greening, beautification and fragrance of the road.

Maintenance personnel of our station patrol roads on time every day and apply for repairing highway diseases and damaged facilities in time. After the investigation of autumn road conditions in September, comprehensive repair work was carried out, including 140 corrugated plate, 4 side ditches, 5 rapids, 1 bridge cone slope and 1 mileage plate. -* * * The annual plan is to repair 8 diseases and ensure that the facilities along the line are in good condition.

Third, the shortcomings and the next step

My maintenance work in-has basically achieved a steady development trend and reached the goal set at the beginning of the year, but there are also some shortcomings, mainly reflected in:

1, the personnel quality needs to be further improved;

2. Individual employees' working attitude is not correct enough;

3. The level of scientific protection needs to be further improved. In the next step, our station will carry out targeted work, refine work indicators and incorporate them into next year's work plan.
