Guyuan must-see scenic spots

The dressing room tomb is located 5 kilometers east of Guyuan County, at the west 150 meters of the natural village at the bottom of Nangou Building in Pingdingbao Town. As one of the ancient buildings in Guyuan County, the dressing room itself is well preserved. Like yurts, they are all made of blue bricks. It is a plane square with a side length of 9.3 meters, which is a common shape of the Lama Temple. There are arched doors on the south side, arched windows on the east and west sides, notches on the upper side and two-story corner doors on the upper side. From the south gate into the middle, downstairs in the four corners, on the octagon. There is a perfect column in the corner, with a supporting column at the top and a single-copy four-spread bucket arch at the top. The top of the dome is about 15 meters high. It is hollow and covered with bricks. There are still city walls and building foundations in the north.

2. Wuhua meadow

Wuhua Meadow is located 7.5 kilometers south of Guyuan County, on the west side of Chibao Highway, between Shicheng Reservoir and Qingnian Reservoir in the hinterland of Jinlianchuan Grassland, and on the west side of Chibao Highway, with a total area of about 654.38+ 10,000 mu and a length of 654.38+00 kilometers from north to south. The average vegetation coverage rate of Wuhua meadow is over 90%, with more than 300 species of wild plants, more than 30 species of wild animals, more than 70 species of flowers/kloc-0, and the average height of grass is 0.6-0.8m.

Guyuan County is adjacent to Chengde in the east, Beijing and Tianjin in the south, Shanxi in the west and Inner Mongolia in the north. The county seat is 260 kilometers away from Beijing, and it takes 3 hours from Beijing to Guyuan. Line 207, Banhu, Shabao, Zhanggu and other national and provincial trunk highways gather radiation here, which is an important economic and transportation hub connecting Hebei and Inner Mongolia and an important part of the economic circle around Beijing and Tianjin. With the completion of Zhangshi-Rizo Expressway and Lanzhang Railway, the relative spatial distance between Guyuan and the outside world will be greatly shortened.

Due to the increase of forest coverage, microclimate improvement, prolonged rainfall period and rising temperature, there is a phenomenon of warm winter and less snow in Guyuan County, and the climate is characterized by "no severe cold in winter and no intense heat in summer".
