The credit card company may be the first company to use the "robot"-computer voice system, but if it were you, would you choose a person or a computer? I think most people, like me, will choose service personnel!

When talking with people, you will feel that kind of "warmth" instead of cold, emotionless voice messages, and you will vaguely get a feeling of trustworthiness. However, people are interesting. No one will complain about the cold computer, but they will be furious with the service staff. Everyone's pace of life is too hasty, lacking a little calmness and tolerance, and holding a magnifying glass to see a little mistake. As a result, our lives are increasingly replaced by "machines". Even in hospitals, in order to avoid medical disputes, more and more advanced instruments are used for testing, only to prevent the risk of less than 1%. Because we can't tolerate "human" mistakes, but we can tolerate the limitation of "machine" functions. Isn't that ironic?

Between people, give each other more tolerance and consideration. Don't worry about a small loss. Loss is not negative tolerance, but further tolerance. Don't make your life like a "mysterious guest" and be picky everywhere. Be careful that the child's eyes are constantly watching, and his heart is secretly imitating. Who will suffer in the end? Do you want to live with a little secret guest every day?

In fact, it is inevitable that children will have contradictions when playing games. Please don't look at children's mistakes with a magnifying glass, but give them a chance to forgive each other. This is our most important job. Don't worry that the child will "suffer" and help the child "seek justice" angrily; It is to give children a chance to learn how to persist, how to compromise with their partners and win their own strength. Don't you think it's more important to guide children to face challenges themselves, learn how to communicate skills, and even further learn the tolerance of "don't care about you"
