Li's personal experience

65438-0932 entered the music department of private Beijing Academy of Fine Arts, and later entered the music department of Hangzhou Institute of National Arts. During the period of 1938-65438 winter +0949 spring, he successively served as the chief violin, soloist, lecturer and deputy conductor in Chongqing Central Broadcasting Band, National Opera School, National Conservatory of Music Experimental Orchestra, China Symphony Orchestra, Hong Kong China Conservatory of Music, Wing Wah Film Company Band and other units, and concurrently served as the director of the music group of Yucai School founded by Tao Xingzhi. 1949 returned to Beijing from Hongkong in March, and successively served as the director of the music department of North China People's Art Troupe, the conductor and head of the orchestra of the Central Opera and Dance Theatre, and the vice president of the Central Opera and Dance Theatre, and was elected as the executive director of the China Musicians Association.

Mr. Li's attitude towards art is serious. He enthusiastically supports new tracks and has made great contributions to the construction of orchestras and the development of opera and dance in New China. At the same time, he is an outstanding composer. His orchestral works include Dance of the Golden Snake and Shepherd Girl. Solo, ensemble "Autumn Harvest", "Little Cowherd", "Fishing Boat Singing Late" and so on. Most of them have become typical works of China's music. The film music such as The Episode of My Motherland in Shangganling, which he participated in the creation and recording, has also become a classic that has influenced a generation.

After the founding of the People's Republic of China, the guzheng song "Fishing Boat Singing Late" was adapted for violin music. On this basis, it was later adapted into various forms of solos, duets and ensembles by many famous musicians, such as Gao Hu and Erhu, which were deeply loved by domestic and foreign audiences. In the 1980s, Pu, a Shanghai electronic piano player, made a sensation by playing Li's adaptation of "Fishing Boat Singing Late" with a Yamaha electronic piano with three rows of keyboards. 1984, CCTV edited a passage from 1: 33 to 2: 42 in Pu's adaptation of Fishing Boat Singing Late, which has been used as the background music for weather forecast for more than 30 years. Li's adaptation of Fishing Boat Singing Night has become an immortal legend that affects Chinese people all over the world.

1964- 1965 Mr. Li successfully served as the leader of the command group of the musical and dance epic Dongfanghong, leaving an indelible image on the film.

At the beginning of the Cultural Revolution, Mr. Li suffered a severe shock. On August 26th, 1966, after a critical meeting hosted by Liu Qingtang, the founder of the new China command career hanged himself with great grief and loss, showing the integrity of "a man can be killed but not humiliated".
