Fetal heart is normal and fetal movement is less. What happened?

If the fetal heart monitoring is normal, you don't have to worry about the frequency, speed and intensity of fetal movement. This is a reflection of the baby's health. In different stages of pregnancy, the frequency and amplitude of fetal movement are also different, which may be caused by hot weather or rising body temperature of pregnant women. It may also be because the fetus keeps growing, the activity space is limited, and the fetal movement is reduced. But as long as the fetal heart rate is normal and there is no abnormality, it means that the baby's growth is safe, and pregnant mommy does not need to worry too much.

After the fourth month of pregnancy, the mother can obviously feel the activity of the fetus from the fifth month. The fetus reaches out, kicks and hits the uterine wall in the uterus. If 12 hour fetal movement is less than 20 times, it is abnormal. Less than 10 times indicates that the fetus is in danger and the uterus is hypoxic. If the fetal movement exceeds the normal number in a period of time, the fetal movement is frequent, or there is no intermittent restlessness, which is also a manifestation of intrauterine hypoxia. The number of fetal movements is obviously reduced until it stops, which is a signal that the fetus is seriously suffocated in the uterus.

Precautions for nursing in the third trimester:

1, keep the correct posture: when walking daily, you should raise your head, straighten your back, straighten your neck, tighten your hips, keep your whole body balanced and walk steadily; When sitting down, it is best to choose a chair with a straight back (not a low sofa). First of all, keep your back straight, use the strength of leg muscles to support your body to sit down, let your back and hips rest comfortably on the back of the chair, and put your feet flat on the ground. When standing up, you should first move your upper body forward to the front of the chair, then put your hands on the table, support and lift your body with leg muscles, and keep your back straight to avoid leaning forward and straining your back muscles; When standing, the back should be stretched straight, so that the weight of the fetus is concentrated on the muscles of thighs, buttocks and abdomen, which can prevent back pain.

2. Maintain a correct sleeping position: Sleeping position often affects the quality of sleep, especially in the third trimester of pregnancy. Avoid lying on your back for a long time, so as to avoid the enlarged uterus compressing the inferior vena cava and affecting fetal development. Left lateral position is the best sleeping position for expectant mothers. When the expectant mother gets up, she should be slow and orderly to avoid abdominal muscle tension. If you wake up and find yourself sleeping on your back, you should turn your body sideways in bed, lean your shoulders forward and bend your knees, then support your body with elbows and arms, move to the bed and sit up.
