There are three kinds of mildew removal methods: mechanical mildew removal, physical mildew removal and chemical mildew removal (1). Mechanical mildew removal method is to clean and eradicate the moldy parts, and it is also used in combination with other mildew removal methods. In the mechanical mildew removal method, there is an air washing method, that is, a water sprayer is installed at the air inlet, and the air passes through the water filter to wash away the spores of the mold in the circulation process. This method, like the current wet air cooler, can reduce mold. (2) Physical mildew removal method: temperature, humidity, ultraviolet rays, high-frequency electricity and copper wire mesh filters are used for mildew removal. The temperature of mold growth is generally between -6℃ and 40℃. Because of this, mold growth is rarely seen in low-temperature storage, and hot alkaline water can also be used to kill mold on tools and equipment. The growth of mold has a great relationship with temperature, so the temperature control can only be used properly. It is a good method to remove mold with ultraviolet rays, which can not only sterilize, but also remove mold and deodorize. However, this can only work on the directly irradiated part. Generally, 0.33 ~ 3 watts of ultraviolet rays per cubic meter can kill microorganisms when irradiated for 6 hours in an area 2 meters away. However, the effect of ultraviolet rays is affected by temperature and humidity. The closer to the normal temperature of microbial growth, the higher the humidity, and the stronger the sterilization and mildew resistance. Ultraviolet rays can promote the oxidation of fat, so be careful when using them. The copper wire mesh filter is to install a copper wire mesh in the upper air inlet, which can kill some molds. (3) Chemical mildew removal method: There are many methods, such as lactic acid, carbon dioxide, ozone, formaldehyde, bleaching powder, sodium fluoride and sodium hydroxyphenolate. 1. lactic acid method: it is a reliable disinfection method, which can remove mold, sterilize and deodorize. The use method is to clean the warehouse first, use 1 ml of crude lactic acid per cubic meter, and add 1 ~ 2 parts of clean water to each lactic acid. Put the mixed liquid into a porcelain-lined basin and heat it on an electric furnace for evaporation. Generally, it is required to control the complete volatilization of the liquid medicine in about half an hour to three hours. Then turn off the electric furnace and seal the barn door for about 6 ~ 24 hours, so that lactic acid can fully react with bacteria or mold to achieve the purpose of disinfection. Proved by the experiment of "Anti-mildew and Anti-virus Experimental Group" of Meat Company of Hunan Commercial Bureau. Lactic acid disinfectant per cubic meter 1 ml has a certain effect on mildew prevention and sterilization of warehouses. After disinfection, the bacteria in the warehouse decreased by 70% and the mold decreased by 70%. 2. Carbon dioxide method: no concentration can kill mold, but only delay the growth of mold. Take 0℃ as an example, when the concentration of carbon dioxide in indoor air reaches 40%, the growth of mold can be completely stopped. However, when its concentration in the air exceeds 20%, the meat becomes discolored due to the formation of denatured hemoglobin. It is generally believed that the shelf life of chilled meat can be more than doubled when the indoor carbon dioxide concentration is 10% at 0℃. 3. Ozone method: it is a better method, which can not only sterilize, but also remove mold and odor. In this way, two oxygen atoms in the air will be split into two ozone atoms with an ozone generator. When ozone is pumped into the cold storage, its concentration is about 1 ~ 3 mg/m3. However, ozone is a strong oxidant, which can make lean meat fade and fat oxidize. At the same time, ozone is irritating to human mucosa, so we should pay attention to it when using it. 4. Formaldehyde method: formalin steam method. This method can kill bacteria, but formalin has a strong smell, so it can't be eaten if it is absorbed by meat. At the same time, formalin is very irritating to people and should be used safely. To use this method, the warehouse should be emptied and cleaned first, generally using 0/5ml formalin per cubic meter/kloc. There are two ways to turn formalin into steam: one is to put formalin in a closed barrel, send it into a cold storage by pipeline and burn it below; One is to put formalin in an open bucket and put it in a cold storage. The operator puts in a proper amount of potassium permanganate or quicklime, and then adds some water. When gas occurs, people go out and close the warehouse door. Disinfect with formalin steam for several hours, then put it indoors to absorb formalin smell with ammonia water, and ventilate and disinfect it. 5. Bleaching method: Brush with 4% bleaching powder solution, and the disinfection effect is good. If it is better to add 5 parts of bleaching powder and 7 parts of caustic soda, disinfect for several hours to ventilate and exhaust. 6. Sodium fluoride method: 2% sodium fluoride and 20% kaolin are mixed to paint the wall, and it can be 1 ~ 2 years without mildew at 0℃. 7. Sodium hydroquinone method: brush 2% sodium hydroquinone solution to remove mold. In this way, the smell will not be transmitted to the meat, nor will it corrode the utensils, but you should take protective measures when brushing your teeth. There are so many ways, I wonder if I can help you.
