Conduct 24-hour uninterrupted inspections of key locations such as points and water retaining facilities, and conduct comprehensive inspections of water accumulation in depressions and river flood discharge in mining areas.

3. Conscientiously implement the production suspension and evacuation system in case of severe weather. When the rainfall exceeds 50 mm in a 24-hour continuous observation period, all production will be immediately stopped and personnel evacuated to implement emergency evacuation.

4. Emergency organization and command organization The "Three Preventions in Rainy Season" headquarters is the command organization for emergency response to heavy rainstorms. The mine leader on duty on that day is the general commander of emergency response for that day and is fully responsible for the suspension of production and evacuation of personnel during heavy rainstorms.

5.
