Songhua River has two flood seasons, one is called spring flood season, and the other is what we usually call flood season. Why is this happening? This is mainly related to the geographical location of this river. Songhua River is located in the northeast of China. In winter, heavy snowfall and cold weather freeze the Songhua River. Next spring, the local snow and ice will melt in April and May, and the river flow will increase, entering the spring flood season. Summer 7? In August, the local monsoon climate, water vapor from the ocean brought a lot of precipitation, increased water flow, and the river passed the second flood season of that year. If the Songhua River runoff-time curve is drawn, there should be two peaks.
