The tornado in Funing, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province was around June 23rd, 2006 14: 30. Strong convective weather such as strong lightning, short-term rainfall, hail, thunderstorm and strong wind appeared. The expert group confirmed that the Yancheng 6-23 tornado was EF4, and the wind force was above 17.
