China weather network interface API can't be used?

I also received complaints from customers today. I saw an announcement on China Weather Online, which seems to be the rhythm of API change:

In order to better provide meteorological data services for users, the new version of meteorological data open platform was officially launched on 2014165438+0017.

New users can register their accounts online, fill in user information in detail, and apply for a data interface according to the application process. After the approval, the system will automatically distribute the key. The new user's API data interface is valid within one year after approval, and it will automatically become invalid if it is not renewed after the deadline. For API data product types, please refer to the Open Platform Product Center.

Old users who have applied for and opened the interface can continue to use the original API interface. The original API interface is valid for one year from today, and will be automatically closed on 20151016. If necessary, it is suggested that old users apply for a new API interface before the interface is closed. Please refer to the new user application for the application process and specific instructions.
