Pay attention to friends who travel in Baoding every day. From April 4 to July 3 this year, the number limit will be rotated synchronously with Beijing and Tianjin, and there will be a new number limit arrangement, time limit and range limit. The following is the calendar of Baoding in May.

Restriction rule

From April 4 to July 3, 2022, the restrictions on the tail number are as follows-

Monday: Tail numbers 3 and 8 are restricted;

Tuesday: tail numbers 4 and 9 are restricted;

Wednesday: tail numbers 5 and 0 are restricted;

Thursday: the tail number 1 and 6 are restricted;

Friday: Tail numbers 2 and 7 are restricted.

Restricted range

Areas within the East Second Ring Road, Sanfeng Road, West Second Ring Road and North Second Ring Road in the main urban area of this Municipality (including the above roads).

Restricted vehicle type

During the restriction period, continue to implement the restriction measures for freight vehicles in the main city; Other road restrictions are implemented simultaneously, and vehicles with freight vehicle passes pass according to the tail number of motor vehicles.

The following vehicles are not restricted:

1. Bus * * *, long-distance passenger buses between provinces (cities), passenger taxis (excluding rental vehicles), vehicles with tourist bus operation licenses issued by transportation management departments, unit commuter buses approved by municipal public security traffic control departments and school buses with school bus licenses;

2. Military vehicles, police cars, fire engines, ambulances and engineering rescue vehicles that perform tasks;

3. Pure electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid vehicles, fuel cell vehicles and special vehicles for the disabled with legal new energy license plates (registered in the main city of Baoding);

4. Other vehicles that are not restricted by the driving route and direction as stipulated by laws and regulations.

Legal liability

During the limit period, vehicles that violate the limit number will be captured electronically. For vehicles that violate the limit number, the public security traffic control department will impose a fine of 100 yuan, without scoring.

In Baoding, Hebei Province and other cities (counties, districts), if the tail number of the motor vehicle license plate is a letter, it shall be managed according to the last digit.
