Centralized sewage discharge in one place is not allowed, and two sewage discharge doors are not allowed to be opened at the same time. Diagonal blowdown should be adopted when blowdown, and the valve opening time should not exceed 30 seconds, so as not to affect the water circulation.

Contact before blowdown, and closely monitor the change of feed water pressure and drum water level during blowdown to maintain normal water level. After draining, conduct a comprehensive inspection to confirm that all drain valves are closed tightly. In the process of sewage discharge, such as boiler accident or water hammer phenomenon, sewage discharge should be suspended, except when the steam drum water level is too high or the steam water is azeotropic. Special handles should be used when discharging sewage, and other tools are prohibited. When the sewage door is seriously damaged, it is forbidden to discharge sewage.

During the normal operation of sewage discharge, the first and second doors are completely closed. When discharging sewage, first open the first door, then slightly open the second door to preheat the pipeline, and then fully open it to discharge sewage. When opening the second door, if you hear the sound of water hammer, you should stop opening it until the sound of water hammer disappears. After the sewage is discharged, close two doors first and then one door to check the tightness of sewage discharge.
