Can boilers discharge pollutants in thunderstorm weather?

The boiler can't discharge pollutants in thunderstorm weather because the weather is not bad. When conditions permit, boiler blowdown should be carried out under low load as far as possible. In high-load operation, some risk factors will increase relatively, but they are not necessary. It can be done at high water level, but the output will be reduced. Pollution discharge is divided into regular discharge and continuous discharge, which is also called surface discharge. Periodic blowdown refers to the removal of scale, water residue and sediment formed by evaporation and concentration in the boiler during continuous operation, usually at least once per shift, which will increase the frequency when the water quality is poor.

Under what circumstances can't the boiler discharge pollutants?

Sewage discharge should be carried out when the boiler is running stably. Two boilers are not allowed to discharge pollutants at the same time. Before blowdown, the water level of the steam drum should be adjusted to be slightly higher than the normal water level, but it is not allowed to take turns to blowdown when blowdown exceeds the maximum water level line 5. Centralized sewage discharge in one place is not allowed, and two sewage discharge doors are not allowed to be opened at the same time. Diagonal blowdown should be adopted when blowdown, and the valve opening time should not exceed 30 seconds, so as not to affect the water circulation.

Contact before blowdown, and closely monitor the change of feed water pressure and drum water level during blowdown to maintain normal water level. After draining, conduct a comprehensive inspection to confirm that all drain valves are closed tightly. In the process of sewage discharge, such as boiler accident or water hammer phenomenon, sewage discharge should be suspended, except when the steam drum water level is too high or the steam water is azeotropic. Special handles should be used when discharging sewage, and other tools are prohibited. When the sewage door is seriously damaged, it is forbidden to discharge sewage.

During the normal operation of sewage discharge, the first and second doors are completely closed. When discharging sewage, first open the first door, then slightly open the second door to preheat the pipeline, and then fully open it to discharge sewage. When opening the second door, if you hear the sound of water hammer, you should stop opening it until the sound of water hammer disappears. After the sewage is discharged, close two doors first and then one door to check the tightness of sewage discharge.
