As the temperature gets lower and lower, the heat dissipation of the heating pipeline increases accordingly. The temperature of the heating pipeline buried in the soil is taken away by the frozen soil, so the actual heat supplied to the heating households is less, and the temperature is naturally lower. Similarly, the colder the weather, the worse the thermal insulation of the house, the cold wind will take away the heat sent to the external wall, and the indoor temperature will naturally be lower; At the same time, the external wall will also conduct the outdoor low temperature to the room, further reducing the indoor temperature.

2. There are not enough heating units, and the heating capacity of heating stations in many areas is limited. Even full load operation can not improve the temperature and circulation of heat source. It is obviously hasty and unrealistic to install the unit temporarily.

In addition to the above two reasons, it is also affected by fuel prices. There are two kinds of heating in heating companies, one is coal-fired heating, and the other is natural gas heating. Whether it is a heating station with bituminous coal or anthracite as fuel or a heating station with natural gas as fuel, its essence is "profit", and the heating company is not a "non-profit organization". In the heating season, we can't increase fuel consumption indefinitely in order to ensure the temperature of heating users, which will greatly increase the cost and may even lose money in the next heating season.

The charging time of heating fee is also unreasonable, and it is basically collected before heating. At that time, the prices of coal and natural gas had not risen so high. No one expected that the temperature would be so low this year and the market demand for coal and natural gas would be so strong. If the fuel price could be predicted earlier, I believe that many places would have raised the heating unit price in advance, and the heating companies would also increase the fuel consumption accordingly.
