What are the scenic spots not to be missed in Emei Mountain tourism?

Emei Mountain has colorful azaleas in spring, a summer resort, gorgeous red leaves in autumn and ice snow dream in winter. Every season has its own unique side. So, what are the scenic spots not to be missed in Emei Mountain tourism? Come and see my introduction!

1. What are the scenic spots in Mount Emei that should not be missed?

1. Watch the sunrise, the sea of clouds, the Buddha's light and the holy lamp-Jinding.

Jinding is 3077 meters above sea level. Above is a small plain with a golden temple and a golden Buddha. If you are lucky, you can also see the four wonders of Mount Emei: sunrise, sea of clouds, Buddha's light and magic lamp.

Pu Xian is like the highest golden Buddha in the world.

Tips: there are only two purposes to go to Emei Mountain, either to see the scenery or to worship Buddha. I don't know if Emei Mountain worships Buddha very much, but I know that burning incense in Jinding is really expensive. Just buy a few hundred, and if you buy more, you can buy thousands.

Sunset and sea of clouds, when the sunset is about to set, the last afterglow of the sunset falls on the sea of clouds, golden and spectacular.

Tips: The weather is relatively stable in winter, with more sunny days. You are more likely to see the sunrise and the sea of clouds.

2. Close contact with monkeys-Emei Mountain Ecological Monkey Zone

Located near "Yixiantian" under Hongchunping, on Yin Qing Pavilion, it is the largest natural wild monkey area in China at present. Take a sightseeing bus at Yamashita Sightseeing Center or Dong Leiping, get off at Wannian Temple and walk there. There is also a monkey area on the road from Dong Leiping to Jieyin Temple, but there are fewer monkeys, so you can't see it every time.

Tip: Monkeys in Emei Mountain are not afraid of tourists. Watch out for monkeys. The food must be put in the bag, not exposed or held in your hand, or the monkey will come and grab it! Remember not to tease monkeys!

3. Bless the Holy Land-Guobao Temple

Guobao Temple is the first temple in Emei Mountain, the seat of Emei Mountain Buddhist Association and the center of Emei Mountain Buddhist activities. The whole temple is a typical quadrangle building, covering an area of more than 60 mu, with one courtyard and one scene, which is in-depth layer by layer. Many people come here to pray every year.

Admission: 8 yuan/person

4. The model of Buddhist temple garden architecture-Yin Qing Pavilion

Yin Qing Pavilion, located at the foot of Niuxinling, with an altitude of 7 10 meters, is one of the eight temples in Emei Mountain, with Hongchunping and Xianfeng Temple on the left and Bailong Cave and Wannian Temple on the right, which is the only place for pilgrimage and sightseeing. There is only one hall in Yin Qing Pavilion, and there is a "lookout pavilion" in front of it. Yin Qing Pavilion is small, but the terrain is dangerous, commanding, magnificent, surrounded by mountains and waters, with beautiful scenery. It is a model of Buddhist temple garden architecture in China, and it is as famous as Shuangqiao Yin Qing, one of the ten scenic spots in Emei Mountain.

5. There is the Great Buddha Temple, the largest ebony Buddha statue in the world.

The Great Buddha Temple, formerly known as the Great Buddha Hall, is the largest ten-square jungle system of Han Buddhism in Asia, which integrates meditation, worship, religious education, religious reception, garden leisure and other functions. There is the largest ebony Buddha statue in the world-avalokitesvara with thousands of hands and eyes. Its architecture concentrates the essence of Ming and Qing architecture and prosperous Tang architecture, and the architectural styles of each hall are different.

6. Wash away your fatigue-hot springs

There are many hotels under Mount Emei where you can soak in hot springs. After coming down from Emei Mountain, soaking in hot springs can wash away the fatigue of the whole body. In addition, Mount Emei can ski every winter. Every winter, Emei Mountain Scenic Area will formulate preferential skiing policies according to different situations, so that tourists can experience Emei Mountain more in winter. For example, from last year: 20 15 12 1 to March 30th, 2016, all tickets for Emei Mountain Scenic Area were purchased at half price or more.

7. Leshan Giant Buddha

Leshan Giant Buddha, also known as Lingyun Giant Buddha, is located at the intersection of Dadu River, Qingyi River and Minjiang River. The giant Buddha is a seated statue of Maitreya, with a height of 7 1 m, which is the largest cliff stone statue in China. You can't see the whole Buddha in the Giant Buddha, but you can take a cruise or go to Sun Island to see the whole Buddha.

8. Charming Old Street-Jiading Fang

Jiading Fang, located outside the Giant Buddha, is an ancient street with the historical and cultural charm of "ancient history". Its night view is very beautiful, integrating tourism, shopping, leisure and entertainment, local snacks, handicrafts and local products exhibition.
