The community is medium-sized, with 80 residential buildings, 6 small high-rise buildings, 6 general residential buildings under construction, 1 activity center for the elderly, 2 civic squares, 1 primary and secondary schools, 1 kindergarten, 1 farmer's market and 65438 residents. The residential area was established on the basis of the old Gong Qiao New Village, and most residents work in the Fourth Bridge Construction Group of China Railway Bridge Bureau, separated from the residential area by a wall. The composition of residents is relatively simple. However, because the new generation did not want to stay and work everywhere, some people began to work in other units, so the composition of residents began to change to diversification. This is also the characteristic of the whole urbanization process. Everyone can choose a different work unit, but his residence can be relatively stable. According to the data, nearly 50 people go to work near15km, and more than 2,000 people go to work by bus every day. 200 1 year ago, there was no bus line in the community, which made it very inconvenient for residents to travel. Now there is a bus line directly to the door of the community, which is convenient for all residents. Later, I heard from the director of the community that the original bus company calculated the cost and thought that the profit of opening this line was very low. Later, through the active work of community workers, the bus company was persuaded to open the line, which greatly served the residents and provided convenience.

Now, the development of market economy has brought some pains of reform, and the people are the last people to bear these pains. How to make the residents who suffered losses in the reform make a smooth transition is the biggest problem that every staff member faces. A staff member admitted frankly the difficulties during this period, and the residents' lives were not guaranteed. How could it be smooth enough to tide over the difficulties? Their work is difficult to do. Later, I learned that due to the restructuring of the group, many employees in the community were laid off and unemployed, and some poor households even had difficulties. At this time, community workers start their work in time, count the laid-off and unemployed, and help the people with difficulties to the maximum extent. 1* * applied for the minimum living security for 39 people, and laid-off and re-employed for 153 people, which can be said to be the best effort for residents. But they say it's to relieve social pressure. Indeed, the foundation of society is unshakable. Too many people are unemployed, and the difficulties in life will inevitably lead to social unrest. Community cadres are organizing all party member in the community, and activists are learning how to maintain the advanced nature of the Party, improve the ruling ability and better serve the community residents.

During my community investigation and internship, it happened that Typhoon Mai Sha hit Nanjing head-on. In addition to publishing the latest weather forecast and typhoon trends on the bulletin board of the community every day, community workers also organize activists to conduct inspections, dispose of dangerous billboards in time, place unstable flowerpots and strengthen trees. Due to the timely and effective measures, there was no loss report in the whole community during the typhoon transit.

In order to cooperate with the 10th National Games and improve residents' quality, the community used other people's dinner time to distribute "striving to be civilized citizens" publicity materials to residents. I remember that in the previous years' census, quite a few residents did not cooperate very well, but through the efforts of community managers in recent years, this publicity campaign was carried out smoothly, and the residents cooperated very well, which fully reflected the residents' recognition of community work.

Later, when I conducted an opinion survey on some residents, I learned that the community has carried out a government financial disclosure system, and residents know very well how to use the community's money. The biggest investment of the community this year is more than 50,000 yuan in the New Citizen Leisure Plaza, and all residents are very happy. On midsummer night, they have a good place to relax and enjoy the cool.

After two days of investigation and practice, I fully realized the hard work of a community worker and was in awe of them. Considering that every worker works hard every day to provide a good environment for residents, our residents should be very satisfied.

Scientific Outlook on Development's proposal is very strong all over the country. How did the grass-roots communities in Xuzhou react? How did they implement Scientific Outlook on Development? With all kinds of questions, I walked into Xingtai Community with the practice team of community assistants in quanshan district Taishan Office of Xuzhou City, and started community service and research activities.

First, inherit the patriotism of the May 4th Movement and pay equal attention to study, practice and dedication.

Through investigation and research, publicity and education, voluntary service, popularization of science and technology and other activities in the community, we will guide young college students in China to use what they have learned to serve the motherland, serve the society and repay the people's patriotic enthusiasm, exercise their talents and improve their quality in rich and vivid social practice, and pay equal attention to learning, acting and dedication, so as to truly inherit the May 4th Movement.

1, learning, eternal theme:

As the most basic unit of urban management, community directly participates in solving various problems and is the ultimate executor of urban management policies. Therefore, in community practice, we can really integrate into the society, learn the extraordinary deeds made by grassroots cadres in ordinary work, deeply understand the gap between grassroots cadres and the masses, and deeply understand the ruling concept of "ruling in its place", and learn a lot of knowledge that we can't learn at all on campus.

2, practice, prepare for the future:

Now, the employment situation is becoming increasingly severe and the competition is unprecedented. In order to cope with the increasingly fierce competition for talents and the increasingly diversified society, I entered the community in advance to prepare for future employment, which is also an important reason for my internship in the community.

3, persistent, unchanging sincerity:

When I entered the community, I used my professional knowledge to bring legal knowledge to the community residents, and contacted the Legal Aid Center of China University of Mining and Technology to enter the community to solve problems for the community residents and provide legal services for the community residents free of charge, so that our knowledge could be put into practice in society for the first time.

At the same time, I also actively assist the community to improve various rules and regulations, do a good job, implement Scientific Outlook on Development, and take the road of coordinated and sustainable development.

In the social practice of Xingtai community, I used the community activity place to carry out standardized, institutionalized and long-term service activities, which injected fresh blood into the creation of civilized communities. The community has made great achievements in system construction, family planning and law popularization. The reason for the solicitation is to actively implement the achievements of Scientific Outlook on Development.

(A) system construction is the guarantee:

Development is inseparable from management, and management is inseparable from the system. Every step of political, economic and social development must be guaranteed by a strict system. It can be seen that the construction of community system is of great significance in community development. However, in fact, so far, the system construction of the community has been an important issue that restricts the development of the community. At present, the community development in Xuzhou can be said to have just started, and the system construction is not mature and perfect enough. In this regard, Xingtai community is a typical example.

As we know, a modern community needs to constantly improve and standardize the rules, regulations and working procedures of community neighborhood committees, improve various work responsibilities, establish community coordination meetings (coordination meetings between communities and residents' units), public hearings (listening to residents' opinions on community-related issues) and appraisal meetings (evaluation of community cadres by the community masses), and gradually make the construction of community neighborhood committees on the track of institutionalization, standardization and legalization in accordance with the requirements of improving the autonomy function of neighborhood committees.

Specifically, we should at least do the following in system construction: First, establish a community democratic management system, actively guide community residents to participate in community affairs, and implement self-management, self-education and self-service according to law. The second is to establish a democratic deliberation system, give full play to the right of community residents to be masters of their own affairs, and fully implement the system of one thing and one discussion. The third is to establish an open system to ensure openness and transparency, and to ensure the right of community residents to know. In contrast, there are still many defects and deficiencies in the system construction of Xingtai community, especially in the management system. At present, governments at all levels in Xuzhou have fully realized this point, so they constantly put forward higher requirements for community system construction. Under the call and guidance of the higher government, Xingtai community has also done a lot of work in system construction. During my internship in Xingtai community, I also personally participated in the system construction of Xingtai community. Although the internship time is short and the work that can be done for the community system construction is limited, I believe that with the efforts of the staff, the community system construction will continue to improve and truly reach the standards of modern communities.

(B) family planning work, a long way to go:

In order to implement Scientific Outlook on Development, Xingtai community has done a lot of work in family planning. At present, the family planning work in Xingtai community has become more systematic and standardized. Their work includes visiting women of childbearing age, publicizing reproductive knowledge and providing production services.

Family planning has always been a basic national policy of our country, and the work of family planning is arduous and long-term, which requires unremitting efforts. In recent years, the pace of community construction in our city has been accelerating, and the family planning department has cooperated closely to promote the development of urban family planning work. The basic principle of community construction is people-oriented and serving the residents. It is one of the important goals of community construction to stabilize the low fertility level and improve the quality of population and the quality of life of residents. We should fully understand the importance and necessity of doing a good job in urban community population and family planning, correctly handle the relationship between community construction and family planning, perform government functions and promote residents' autonomy, manage and improve services according to law, give play to departmental advantages and rationally utilize community resources, and promote the benign interaction between population development and community construction.

During my internship in Xingtai community, I also fully realized the importance, arduousness and urgency of family planning work. Seeing that community workers have invested great energy in this work, I see the hope of family planning work in China. I believe that with their efforts, the community population and family planning work will surely develop healthily and steadily.

(3) The rule of law and the rule of law depend on each other, and both law popularization and publicity are equally important;

In the aspect of community governance, Xingtai community staff used law to govern the community in accordance with the requirements of the rule of law, and achieved remarkable results. We know that the rule of law is an important guarantee for the modernization and standardization of community construction. Therefore, in the process of community construction, we should constantly strengthen the construction of socialist legal system, adhere to the rule of law and administration according to law, and constantly improve the level of rule of law. Carry out legal education in depth to improve the legal awareness of citizens, especially public officials. Do a good job in the publicity, implementation and implementation of the rule of law, and enhance the initiative and consciousness of administration according to law.

Xingtai community not only strengthens administration according to law, but also attaches great importance to strengthening community residents' awareness of legal rights protection and improving legal quality. During my internship, I personally contacted and participated in the community work of the Legal Aid Center of China University of Mining and Technology. The College Students' Legal Aid Center entered the community to solve problems for community residents and provide legal services for them free of charge, which was widely welcomed by community residents and contributed to the construction of the rule of law in the community.

"Law enters the community" is a new measure to strengthen the construction of democracy and legal system at the grassroots level and strengthen the rule of law in urban communities under the new situation. It is also a practical project for judicial administrative organs to implement Theory of Three Represents and persist in governing for the people. This year is the year when "law enters the community" is launched. To persist, we must seriously solve the problems of standardized objectives and tasks, sound and perfect systems, and reasonable operating mechanisms, and form a long-term mechanism and a strong atmosphere of "law entering the community."

First of all, we should strengthen leadership and form a * * * management mechanism. It is not enough to rely solely on the judicial administrative department. As an integral part of community construction, it should be incorporated into the work of the Party committee and government, and the working mechanism of all relevant departments such as propaganda, politics and law, comprehensive management, culture, public security, youth, women and news should be formed under the leadership of community party organizations. At the same time, we should organically combine "law into the community" with the creation of safe, cultural and healthy communities, cooperate with each other, support each other and promote each other, turn the front line into a joint force, and realize a socialized, mass and networked work pattern. Secondly, it is necessary to strengthen supervision and form a responsibility mechanism. It is necessary to clarify the responsibilities of community party organizations and autonomous organizations, clarify the responsibilities of relevant departments, and comprehensively use educational, administrative and economic means to conduct supervision and assessment, so as to promote the realization of the goal of law entering the community. Third, we should strengthen research and improve the target system and performance appraisal system. To "push forward" for a long time, we must solve the problem of combining feasibility with science, constantly find out regular things, strengthen classified guidance and typical guidance, refine objectives and tasks, and quantify the assessment system. It is necessary to seriously help communities with financial difficulties to coordinate and solve the difficulties in teaching materials and funds, and it is difficult to put funds in place.

In short, we should explore in practice, keep pace with the times in exploration, and let the "law into the community" activity play a real role in building a well-off society in an all-round way.

Third, the implementation of Scientific Outlook on Development, the community will have a better tomorrow.

Vigorously promoting urban community construction is an important content of urban management system reform. Adhering to the Party's mass line, doing a good job in mass work, strengthening the construction of grass-roots political power and socialist democratic politics, and accelerating the process of urban modernization are a strategic task under the new situation.
