We should start with the cleaning of the bridge deck, shot blasting at the base of the bridge deck, the equipment for waterproof layer construction, and the distribution of cloth.

First, 1, bridge deck cleaning

(1), the bridge deck should be free of laitance and sundries. Before the construction of waterproof adhesive layer, the cement concrete bridge deck should be sandblasted and finely milled according to the actual situation of the bridge deck to remove laitance and sundries, and remove excessive protruding parts.

(2) The bridge deck should be dry and clean. If the bridge deck is treated, it should be washed with water to ensure that the surface is clean and there can be no visible secondary pollution such as dust and oil pollution. Before the construction of waterproof adhesive layer, ensure that the cement concrete bridge deck is dry and clean.

(3) Before the construction of bridge deck waterproof adhesive layer, the quality inspection of bridge deck should be done well.

Secondly, 2. Shot blasting cleaning at the bottom of bridge deck

(1), sand and roughen the bridge deck with shot blasting equipment.

(2) For the foundation surface of concrete bridge deck, firstly, a large amount of gravel and dust are cleaned manually, and loose sundries are cleaned manually. Mechanical equipment such as slag remover and milling machine can be used to treat the bridge deck, and the surface is required to be free of laitance, smooth, clean and clear water.

(3) Then, the bridge deck is sandblasted by an imported sandblasting machine, so that the laitance layer infiltrated by the concrete is destroyed and absorbed, the surface layer which is easy to loosen is cleaned, and the sealing layer connected with the outside through the honeycomb holes in the concrete is uncovered, so that the solvent-based adhesive can easily penetrate into the concrete surface from the holes, thereby effectively removing the laitance and obtaining a clean, hard and rough pitted surface, which is beneficial to the penetration and bonding of the concrete; At the grass-roots level with laitance, manual chipping should be carried out to prevent laitance from affecting asphalt adhesion and causing traffic; There should be no sharp protrusions of steel bars on the surface, and scraggy should be smoothed as much as possible. The base must be solid, and the concrete with insufficient strength should be chiseled off. The surface of the base should be dry and free of water.

Finally, 3, waterproof layer construction

3. 1, construction machinery preparation

(1), waterproof materials should be sprayed with intelligent distributors and distributed at room temperature. If the construction area is small, you can also use hand-held manual paving equipment.

(2) Before construction, the storage tank, circulating pump and spraying pipeline of the intelligent distributor should be thoroughly cleaned, and before loading this material, it should be thoroughly cleaned, and there should be no material residue of the previous batch.

(3) Debugging each nozzle before construction. After the car is filled with tap water, check the circulating pump and nozzles. It is required that the circulating pump can run at the highest speed, and the nozzles are not blocked, so as to ensure the normal construction process. Intelligent distributor is forbidden to heat distribution with hot work at room temperature.

(4) Immediately after paving, fill the car with tap water and rinse it in time. It is forbidden to dehydrate for a long time before car cleaning.

3.2, determine the cloth.

Before laying waterproof layer materials, test blocks of a certain area should be drawn manually at the site to detect the local temperature, humidity, ground temperature, sunshine, transverse slope, longitudinal slope, crack rate of concrete bridge deck and water absorption rate, so as to determine the accurate dosage, laying method and drying time of waterproof layer materials on bridge deck. When the slope of the bridge deck is large, it should be paved in layers to prevent flowing, and intelligent paving should be carried out according to the paving quantity determined by the test block. The dosage of epoxy asphalt waterproof layer material is generally 0.7 ~ 0.9 kg/m2, and the specific dosage can be appropriately adjusted according to the actual situation.

3.3, waterproof adhesive layer spraying

(1) After the washed water on the bridge deck is dried, the epoxy asphalt waterproof adhesive layer material can be sprayed by the intelligent distributor. The materials should be mixed evenly before use.

(2) When spraying, place a square plate on the bridge deck and measure the spraying amount; After the square plate is taken away, the blank bridge deck below the back should be sprinkled manually. During the construction, pay attention to the lap joint between longitudinal and transverse joints and the spread part not less than 10cm.

(3) According to the weather conditions, when the temperature is below 5℃ and it is rainy, the waterproof layer shall not be constructed. If it is expected to rain before the paint is dry, construction is not allowed.
