The battery charging time of battery cars is getting shorter and shorter. Why?

First of all, if the battery is often under-charged, it will be charged and discharged through chemical reaction. If the battery is not fully charged, it will lead to insufficient conversion and insufficient battery capacity. If the battery is not fully charged for a long time, it will make the electric vehicle have a bad memory, which will lead to the inability to fully charge in the future, which will affect the journey and service life.

Reasons for indiscriminate use of rechargeable batteries: At present, many families have more than one electric vehicle and often mix chargers, but different brands of electric vehicles and different battery types have different chargers, which are not universal. The correct way is to use a special car charger. You can't charge 48v with 60v charger, because the charging voltage and current don't match, which will damage the battery.

There are two reasons:

1. The charging time of electric vehicle batteries in winter is much shorter, because electric vehicles generally use lead-acid batteries as power, and the amount of electricity stored in lead-acid batteries is inversely proportional to temperature. As the temperature rises, the amount of electricity stored in the battery will also increase and the charging time will be longer. On the contrary, when the temperature is cold in winter, the storage capacity will be reduced, so the charging time in winter is much shorter than that in summer.

2. The short charging time of the electric vehicle indicates that the electrolyte concentration in the battery of the battery car is reduced or deteriorated, the electrode sheet is aging, and the battery pack needs to be replaced.

Matters needing attention in electric vehicle charging:

1, Don't charge at high temperature: When the weather is hot, the heat generated by charging, combined with the two, will lead to extremely high battery surface temperature, scald the protective shell on the battery surface and even catch fire.

2. Don't charge immediately after driving: the battery itself will heat up when the electric car is riding. If the weather is hot, the battery charging process will produce a high temperature of more than 40 degrees, resulting in the thermal effect of the charger out of control.

3. Don't mess with the charger: the batteries of electric vehicles have a certain degree of matching. Different batteries and chargers have different matching degrees. If mixed, the voltage and current do not match, which will damage the battery and easily lead to short circuit or insufficient charging.
